We ordered seabass in turmeric and lemongrass and it came out looking as if the backbone and head had been reused many times over, the turmeric battered fish portions moist inside but not a crisp batter, the fried lemongrass old and inedible. The spinach in oyster sauce side dish was all stalks ... terrible. My pork chop with pepper sauce was ok but the sauce had an overpowering herbal flavour, rosemary I think, which did not go well with the pepper. I can only deduce that the location is too far off the beaten track, the menu far too extensive and turnover of food and ingedients is too slow to ensure consistent high quality.
