The resort offers incredible views of the lake from the North Shore and a wonderful restaurant, even just for lunch!

I did not stay at the lodge. This is a review of the restaurant and grounds. Don't take a boat to get here, don't grab a tuk-tuk, instead hike up the steep hill to the restaurant to earn your delicious meal with an amazing view! The terrace is amazing, well constructed building unlike the other wood building around the lake! Food was really good, ravioli was homemade, with an excellent tomato sauce. Black sea bass was straight from the lake, super fresh! Enjoyed every bite!

Okay, you MUST go here. The view alone gives this restaurant/hotel 5 stars! We were staying a 12 minute walk from here and came up for breakfast one morning. We had the "breakfast typical" along with a watermelon smoothie, coffee, frwsh tortillas, guacamole and fries. Everything was great!

This place is Amazing! The stair way from the dock is grueling with luggage and backpacks. But all is forgotten when you step foot in the rooms and open the doors to the deck !!! The staff here are very nice and willing to help with what ever you need. And the home made food from the restaurant is very delicious....

The hike up to the hotel was a difficult one, but well worth it. The view is amazing, the rooms beautiful, and the food delicious. In the restaurant I highly recommend ordering the Pepián. The complementary breakfast in the morning was also amazing with their fresh eggs and homemade bread and jams.

What a great hotel! This is a very relaxing and safe place to stay while at the lake. They have amazing food and amazing service. The view is spectacular! They are also one of the only hotels I have found in Guatemala that has a blow dryer :) If I ever find myself in this area again I would definitely return. Thanks for everything!

Didn’t stay at the hotel, but did stop by to take a quick break during a hike from San Marcos to San Cruz. Awesome views and very clean looking facility. Cool big outdoor chess board that overlooks the lake!

This hotel has a fantastic view of the lake! The rooms are big, clean, comfortable and have big windows that allow you see the lake from your bed! The hotel is isolated so you would probably have the peer area for yourself if you decide to spend time down there. The food was good and the personnel attentive. I would definitely stay there again!
