    Saturday I bought vacuum-packed molds with an expiration date until June 13. I opened the package yesterday....a horror.....many of the mussels were opened and the smell was disgusting Result: the entire 1kg 400 tray ended up in the trash 😡

    Après avoir mis 4 * il y a 1 mois je rectifie aujourd'hui. Effectivement ce jour a 10h22 je passe en caisse automatique et paye en espèces. La machine doit me rendre 10€56. Le billet sort mais pas la monnaie. Je regardais mes tickets à ce moment là... après avoir signalé à la caissière ( qui au passage était hyper sympathique) ,sa chef caisse lui dit qu'elle doit regardait les caméras et voir si personne ne m'a volé l'argent au passage ..... si c'est le cas le magasin se dedouane et ne fais aucun geste..... pour rappel nous venons avec mon conjoint presque tout les jours faire nos courses.... je ne suis pas à 56cts près mais j'attends de voir comment le problème va être résolu, pourquoi pas en avoir...... la chef caisse devrait m'appeler..... à 14h toujours rien.....

    Always cars parked in front of the entrance despite numerous spaces available in the large parking lot. More than disorder, it's a question of safety! If the store were to be evacuated for any reason, these vehicles would hamper rescue efforts. Do what is necessary before a tragedy occurs! The only downside is that it's a shame because the staff are great and the store is well stocked with a wide choice at a good price.

    Edited on January the 11th (after their reply): Yes, you are right, not both orders came from your shop. Just the older order from September. BUT, some of the details here still apply for your shop / for the order that you have delivered: - the cardboard for all 6 litres of milk was soaked with some sticky and stinky dark liquid (probably they were sitting in some water for a long time already) and 4 litres of milk stunk awfully upon opening (=> not usable); - they made me a woman on the invoice and the delivery driver almost did not want to deliver the goods to me; also, they have put ground floor on the invoice and in the shopopop system, even though I mentioned that I live at the third floor; - when I was in the shop and asked where can I find a specific product and i was told: if you find it in the shop, we have, if not then we do not have anymore. ALL the other aspects concerning the review are for the Intermarché SUPER Toulon et Drive shop. Posted on January the 10th: Ordered online twice from them. First time: the cardboard for all 6 litres of milk was soaked with some sticky and stinky dark liquid (probably they were sitting in some water for a long time already) and 4 litres of milk stunk awfully upon opening (=> not usable). Second time: 1 lemon (of the 2 ordered) and 2 sweet potatoes (of the 2 ordered) were mouldy (the lemon in an advanced state already). I ordered 400g of chestnuts, they delivered 368g of noisettes. The sausages were already almost bad. I ordered 27 litres of plain water and 27 litres of mineral water BUT they delivered 54 litres of plain water. Of course they did not deliver the vignettes. I contacted customer support and I was told that the manager of the shop will contact me today (that was on the 21 of December). I never was contacted since (today being January the 9th). I almost forgot: they made me a woman on the invoice and the delivery driver almost did not want to deliver the goods to me; also, they have put ground floor on the invoice even though I mentioned that I live at the third floor and one driver 'helped' ME too bring the stuff up and the other driver just left the stuff down for me to bring them. When I was in the shop and asked where can I find a specific product and i was told: if you find it in the shop, we have, if not then we do not have anymore.

    Very good. Value for money and easy to find a product without hassle. Too bad it's complicated in the aisles with wheelchairs or at the checkout...there's more to life than just driving!

    Cashiers are rude and barely give you the promotional stickers (as if it would be money from their pockets). Other than that a lot of services: laundromat, photocopier, photo printer, photo taking machine, a place to put your handbags / backpacks, coin exchanger, ATM, amazon locker.

    Magasin bien agencé, personnel sympathique et souriant. Je viens depuis 4 ans. Dommage que le congélateur fut enlever dans le rayon bébé, c'est ce qui me manque le plus. Concernant les promotions je trouve que cela est très intéressant ainsi que la carte de fidélité. J'ai vu certains commentaires et je conseille de prendre un photo si promo comme ça qd je passe en caisse si je me suis trompée la caissière m'informe gentiment sinon et si la promo ne passe pas c'est pas courant, il l'a passe manuellement. il y en a beaucoup je trouve et c'est la politique d'intermarché, ce qui est très bien pour nous 😊

    Des pommes de terre sont affichées en promotion et sont payées plus chères en caisse. Il m’est rétorqué que cela concernait celles en filet alors que j’ai pris celles en vrac. Je fais remarquer que l’affiche est placée à proximité de ces dernières et que sur celle-ci figure la photo d’une cagette avec des patates en vrac et de fait cela prête à confusion. Je reçois pour simple réponse que je chipote.

    Unpleasant “self-service” checkout hostess directs me towards me without a “hello Madam” but says Oulala!! seeing my bag full of items and walks towards another customer at the checkout. I would like to point out that the atmosphere was calm, no queues, I was the only one... Obviously in panic she forgot the polite words. These crates don't specify a maximum number of items? As for speed?? You can have 5 items and take more time than another customer who has twice as many. There is a way of saying and doing things, this hostess has not learned it and deserves a refresher course. I'm very upset because I come to go shopping, I spend 70 euros and on top of that I'm mistreated, it doesn't make me want to set foot there again😡
