The
servers
at
this
branch
of
the
franchise
are
very
nonchalant
while
attending
to
customers.
I
live
around
the
vicinity
and
have
used
the
service
severally
but
have
met
same
result.
It’s
either
they’re
trying
to
finish
up
on
their
gist
before
attending
to
you
or
they’re
mixing
up
your
order.
Another
painful
part
is
that
when
you
call
to
order
over
the
phone
due
to
the
fact
that
the
app
is
not
working,
they
insist
on
you
using
the
app
even
after
explaining
to
them
that
you
couldn’t
place
an
order
over
the
app
hence
why
you’re
calling
to
place
an
order
over
phone.
Their
customer
service
mannerisms
are
very
poor
and
the
horrible
part
is
that
I
have
had
calls
dropped
on
me
severally.
Whoever
is
charged
with
the
responsibility
of
managing
this
branch
of
the
franchise
needs
to
wake
up
before
you
start
losing
customers.
I
honestly
don’t
mind
taking
my
money
somewhere
else
if
this
persists.
You
can’t
be
rude
and
nonchalant
to
customers
who
are
trying
to
patronize
your
business,
it’s
very
wrong
and
unprofessional.
