入口で発券→食券を購入→食券を店員に渡す、という流れなのですが、他の方の口コミでも見かけますが、事前に予習するとかしていないとわかりにくい流れに感じます。店員が入口で案内しているとかすればいいと思うのですが、たまに様子を見に来るだけという感じでフォローしきれていない印象です。
肝心のラーメンですが、これも口コミで見かけましたがたしかにスープがぬるい。なぜでしょう? そして、あっさりの店が多い佐野ラーメンとしては珍しく、ほのかに、しかししっかりと豚の存在を感じる独特の臭み。しかし、『ようすけ』ほどの濃さや臭みではなく、東京とかで食べられるラーメンと比較すれば、まだまだあっさりの部類になるかと思います。
気になったのは油の多さですね。スープのだし感や塩味はそれほど濃いわけではないのに、浮いている油が妙に多い…… そして先述の通り、油が多いわりにはスープがぬるい……(というか、この油を入れることで冷めてしまっている……?)
いやまあ、決してまずいわけではないのですが、このスープの着地をどうしたいのか、どこを目指しているのかがよくわからないスープでした。
反面、麺はとてもレベルが高く、茹で加減やスープ絡みもよくて、これはさすが人気店と思わせる存在感でした。
また、佐野の餃子は薄味で野菜が多めというイメージがあったのですが、こちらは餡にもしっかり味がついていて、肉が多めでジューシーです。他店の野菜たっぷり餃子も好きなのですが、こちらのわかりやすくはっきり旨いといえる餃子も、これはこれでいいものでした。
