The Drury Plaza is a very nice hotel for Santa Fe. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good and had a bunch of choices. The room that I stayed in was very spacious and had a nice sitting area, big bathroom with a great shower. One of the most important things about a hotel is the bed and sleep. The curtains were black outs and kept the room nice and dark at night. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable. If I was to nitpick a few items 1. The water pressure in the shower was not powerful enough. 2. The sink was kind of clogged. I find it to be gross especially when you go to shave 3. I despise communal soap/conditioner/shampoo dispensers in a shower. I believe it cheapens the property and you never know who uses it before you or if someone filled it up with weird stuff. Having actual bottle of shampoo, conditioner, etc. Is an extra step to make it nicer. I was invited to Santa Fe for a conference and it is a cool little town and the Drury Plaza is a good place for that purpose. I will be back again!

This place is my home away from home. We have stayed many times over the last 6 years. It's the perfect location to enjoy the square within prefect walking distance. The hotel is beautifully kept with stunning local artwork (most are for purchase) on the walls. Free breakfast and a free happy hour every day (2 adult drinks included). Every staff member is so nice and helpful. They really are what make it so enjoyable to stay. The pool is on the roof with an ample hot tub and amazing fews anytime of day. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds are so comfortable. Although I'm an not a fan of barn style bathroom doors (no privacy) the bathrooms have a wonderful shower and the jacuzzi tubs are amazing! I'll be visiting for all my years to come. Photos are from the pool area.

Location is perfect, right behind the cathedral and plaza. Only paid valet parking. Not a great hotel by business traveler standards, but with big lobby, rooftop pool and hot tub, HH drinks, and a wide variety of breakfast foods, it is geared toward tourists, adult and family alike. Room could be a lot cleaner, shower head not adjustable nor handheld, water temp fluctuates. Our double queen suite was huge. Mattress very bouncy but fine.

Things happened and sometimes things don’t go as planned, we were delayed in checking in. We we’re tired having gotten up very early in the morning taking a flight. Then spending the day walking around the city. Things happen. That’s life. How they are handled is what makes all the difference. The staff was extremely aware of us. We were seated comfortably and asked if we needed anything. We were given beautiful chocolates when checking in. We got a call from Keith the manager after we got to our room apologizing to us and given concessions to make it up to us. It’s a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed all aspects of our stay. They went over and beyond anything we could have expected. Truth be known…they had me happy at chocolate! There are great amenities, It so spacious and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. We couldn’t be happier.

The hotel was great. Location was perfect. Walking distance to all tourist shopping and site seeing. Employees very nice and the other guest were very friendly. Happy hour was very fun with the other guest. Best experience I've ever had at a hotel. The hotel itself could be a vacation in itself. Definitely will be coming back here.

Wow!... We stayed in another hotel across the street for a conference and then stayed a few days longer in this hotel... The contrast was startling! The service was friendlier, the rooms were much cleaner, the food was much better and a much better value. We are big fans of this hotel and it's team. Great job!

Our 6 day stay at Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe was at the beginning of Oct 2022. The king bed we slept in was springy with no support whatsoever. Gave my wife and I back aches. The pillows were way to soft with no support for our head and neck. Hotel was filled with guests arriving by tour buses. Hundreds of people that overcrowded the breakfast and dinner areas. Maybe it's just the Santa Fe location. Will never stay at this location again...ever.

Perfect. Right downtown. Only issue was the lack of a self-park option. Otherwise it was great. Friendly accommodative staff. Got me checked in real quick despite a 230 arrival. Rooms were very nice and very clean. Comfy bed. Big TV. Sunny, small interior terrace. Pretty tasty free breakfast. 3 free drink 90-min “happy hour” everyday is excellent - wish more hotels had something like it. Heated pool was open but I didn’t try it, nor did I see anyone else. Hot tub was nice tho. And a well-equipped, clean gym with equipment that actually worked

This place was amazing. The food/drinks are decent. The rooms are huge and spacious and mine has a balcony. Was able to use the jacuzzi on the 5th floor as well as the gym. Staff were helpful in terms of navigating the place and helped with food recommendations. Overall loved being here, would come here again if I come to Santa Fe again.

This was a lovely experience. The service was amazing. The valet workers were incredibly helpful and kind. Especially Jim and the worker is did not catch the name of who wore a supreme hat. The bar service was also amazing. The lady who made the drinks was joyful and kind. The only complaint I have is there was a buzzing noise in my room that could not be gotten rid of. And I overheard one of the workers being racist towards their Native American colleagues. Besides that it was lovely.

We booked a 3-night stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe for a pre-Christmas family get-together. There were 14 of us (Grandpa, Grandma, children, grandchildren). We had a wonderful experience -- great food, friendly people, beautiful hotel and beautiful nearby plaza. Keith, the General Manager, went 'above and beyond' to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He is a "hands on" guy/visible around the hotel, making sure that all guests had a positive experience. We will definitely return to the Drury and to Santa Fe!

Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Close to plaza to sight see, shop, dine. Beautiful decor and art displayed throughout. Nice rooftop area to relax or swim.

Breakfast is an environmental nightmare. Single use plastic, individual plastic containers of 1/2&1/2 and other creamers and weak coffee. The staff are very helpful and friendly and go the extra mile if you need anything.

We stayed at the Drury for a family reunion with several family members. The place was kid friendly, had awesome free drinks and appetizers every evening and full breakfast every morning. Definitely a great value and a central location to all the museums and the art stores.

Stayed here June 23-25. Lovely hotel, friendly staff (especially at the Kickback). Large, very nice rooms. Beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub area. Awesome location in historic Santa Fe. Drury hotels offer a great value and this location did not disappoint. Would stay here again!

This hotel was exactly what we needed after 2 days of driving. Very comfortable room with a large sitting area, a big sleeping area, and a unexpected bathroom that was really big. Clean hotel from top to bottom with an attentive staff. Great complimentary happy hour as well as a delicious breakfast. We'll definitely be back!

This is a great place, with a very nice lobby. Customer service and rooms are excellent. Breakfast is solid. The only downsides are Valet only parking when it’s hardly necessary adds extra steps to getting anything from my car, the extra parking charge, and the awkward layout of having to walk through the food area to get to some rooms. happy hour is a cool idea but wish it went a bit later.

This hotel is not only beautifully located in the heart of Santa Fe, but they truly will go above and beyond to make your stay welcoming and memorable. I always know that when I stay here, I will be immersed in art, hospitality, and history. And not to mention the rooms are so comfortable, especially the spacious bathrooms. I cannot sing their praises enough. From the free kick back happy hour, to the free breakfast, and to the rooftop pool and fitness center, this hotel is the only place to stay in Santa Fe.

I stayed at Drury Plaza on my first trip to Santa Fe and they ensured that it was one of the most memorable trips I've ever taken! For starters, what was originally a trip with a friend turned into a solo trip and as I was checking in the staff noticed I was in a double queen room and offered to upgrade me to a king suite since I was on a solo trip. It was much appreciated and a beautiful room! The rooms were so welcoming with the over-sized bathrooms. I loved the balcony and view of the sunrise over the mountains. But, for the best views, you'd definitely go to the rooftop heated pool and hot tub which offers views of the entirety of downtown. I spent hours up there every night, but not before stopping by the complimentary happy hour that the hotel offers each night! I've never experienced nicer staff who were genuinely concerned about your happiness and pride of their town. I was given so many great recommendations on food, hiking, and places to explore. It was one of my best trips I've taken yet and Drury Plaza plays a big role in that! I will be back and look forward to seeing all of my friends again. Until next time!

Even though in high season, it can be a bit pricey - it’s worth every penny. Alyssa at the front desk reassured me that it’s worth it right away because she was so kind and friendly and since there wasn’t a line she cared enough to chat for a bit. That is so rare and absolutely a wonderful welcome. There is every amenity you need here. Breakfast is great. The pool on the roof is beautiful the rooftop has 2 additional lounging areas with views. Workout room also has a view but I simply jog 2 min to the river trail. The cathedral view from the balcony almost makes you feel like you’re in Europe. The location is impossible to beat, but the staff and amenities are also remarkable. Highly recommend.

Staying at this hotel got me dreaming about my next trip to Santa Fe! What a gem, well-situated to the Plaza and walkable. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great service. The hotel restaurant was so tasty we opted to eat in twice for dinner instead of going into town. It's a splurge, but well worth the convenient location and amenities.

Very safe property. Nice location. Three complimentary Alcohol drinks per person every night during Kick Back (hours vary). Several food items are also served complimentary during this time every night. Breakfast is ALSO served and complimentary every morning (hours vary). Late night (after 10 pm) delivery from nearby pizza or other open eateries is NOT available. Due to NO delivery drivers. The room which was a Suite was NOT that great. Could use some upgrades and decor. Tons of space and walls but.... empty space and walls. The room could benefit from a kitchenette bar area. Or possibly a jacuzzi (enough room for this in the large space between the small sofa and the tiny fridge).

Great stay! Breakfast and dinners were wonderful. Staff was delightful. Rooms were very nice, except the bathroom doors were weird. They looked cool... the sliding barn door... but they didn't really seal. They left a gap you could see through, which wouldn't have been a big deal if it was just me and my wife, but with the kids, we all felt a little awkward.

My friends and I had a lovely stay here. The staffs at the front desk and valet parking were very friendly. We asked to put our two rooms closer together and they upgraded one of our rooms to suite for free. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was nice. You also got to enjoy three free drinks with snacks during the happy hour every day. The location is perfect. Maybe the only thing not so pleasant is the $25 valet parking fee you have to pay per night. Would still highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Santa Fe.

The arrival with the valet service to the end at check out with Kenneth- all the staff was on point and ready to serve. The location is ideal and the breakfast and evening reception was perfect for the setting. We had contact with staff from all different departments during our five day stay and everyone was very eager, polite and professional. Hope to stay here on our next trip to Santa Fe!

Awesome hotel. Conveniently located. Rooftop pool was great and amazing views. The happy hour buffet was unbelievable and so was the breakfast. Definitely worth the price with those amenities. Definitely coming back again soon. Everybody is friendly and decor was cool.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I love the lobby and breakfast. The staff are super helpful and nice. I loved the gym and rooftop deck. The rooms need some love, however. The carpets are filthy. After my workout I went to take a shower and found no shower curtain! There are zero USB plugs so be sure to bring your own. One of the beds in my room had a stain on the sheet and looked dirty. Lastly, the noise is a challenge. I could hear when others turned on their showers or were walking in the hall. My room overlooked the garage and I could hear voices from people talking outside while I tried to sleep at 11pm!

I don't think a place can get much better. We arrived late at night. Got an amazing dinner prepared super fast with a super friendly bartender. He got rid of some guests that were a bit tipsy so that our kids didn't have to the spectacle of drunk adults. Rooms were super clean comfortable and quite. The location is a gorgeous old hospital building right on downtown Santa Fe between the Plaza and the Canyon Road. I would only give a small negative because of valet parking (that I personally dislike since I like having access to my car all the time) but even that, they allowed me just park it myself

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel feels nice, clean, and updated. Great location. Awesome rooftop pool. The free breakfast, free popcorn all day, and free cocktails + food at happy hour was so nice. Very family friendly. The staff was all so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

Super clean and friendly hotel. I love all of the outdoor spaces this hotel offers. They have patios with electric gas fires with beautiful views. The hot tub felt great and I appreciated all of the towels that are available by the pool area. 5:30 they have an amazing HH. 3 free drinks and food! Every evening they had some kind of potato, vegetables, meat, hotdogs, nachos and 🥗 salad. It was a really nice perk. We took our beverage downstairs to the lobby where they have a large real fireplace burning real wood (smells great and super festive with their holiday decorations). The location is perfect too. It’s right by everything. Our bathroom had a nice soaking tub and a new stand-up shower (separate). When we visit again we will be staying here again. Thank u to the staff for an amazing visit

Great hotel, very reasonable priced at a very convenient location right next to the Santa Fe Main Plaza. We were very well received by the staff and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The room we had in a secluded corner was very nice and quiet. The free breakfast and free Dinnertime Snacks and Drinks at 5:30 "Kickback Time" had a nice selection of dishes. Quality of the food was great. Definitely a great place to stay while visiting Santa Fe.

Drury was a nice hotel to stay at. We even extended our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. They had free breakfast and happy hour. Parking was by valet who were very nice and friendly like all their other stall. They did ask if we needed room service upon check in which we liked. Overall the hotel environment was relaxing and very inviting with lots of paintings to enjoy.

I loved my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, the food and beverage offerings were amazing for no additional cost, the added secure entrance to each individual hallway was a great feature. Valet parking was easy and friendly. The building itself was very nice, with lovely decor. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent location and a lovely hotel. We enjoyed staying here very much. The staff was helpful. I loved the fire roaring in the lobby. Took off one star for a pretty mediocre breakfast (not a vegetable to be found) and a lack of vegetarian food at the evening food service. I would stay here again.

I could not have been more pleased with our stay here at Drury. The location was beyond what I expected and everyone who worked there was so helpful and kind. I also really appreciated the small touches like the wood fireplace, hot water available at all hours and the heated pool/hot tub were lovely even in this cold January weather. It was within walking distance to so many things and I only wish we stayed longer. I can’t recommend this enough!
