Avoid, there was hair on the beds, that means that the cleaning was awful, espcillay during covid we couldnt sleep, and there was an awfull smell . When we discovered the problems the night there was no one to solve them. Shame on you!

I want to say million thanks to this hotel. I really need a place to keep my luggage just for some hours. And even though I didn’t make a reservation of the hotel, they allowed me to leave my luggage in there. Besides, they don’t want for me to pay. So, I feel so appreciated it. Thank you so much. Warm, powerful shower, clean, fast wifi and great roof terrace. Really great place to stay, perfectly located with a regular bus into the centre dropping you off right outside the hotel. Wifi is very fast and perfect for remote working. (between 15mb - 40mb) Resturant next door is good also, and there are plenty of other restaurants very close.

1. Only one staff member designated for check in, check out, parking and all other matters. Over 15 minutes wait just for him to tell us where to park. 2. Parking space provided is extremely narrow and can easily damage car, maneuvering and elevator is time consuming, not accessible without staff help (narrower than any other hotel parking place we stayed at in Spain). 3. Extremely rude staff member that speaks in Spanish to other guest about us (told us he was speaking to them now, but they told us later he was speaking about us), refers only to the male member of the party, threatens to call police when asked for contact information for complaint, and when asked to speak to the manager (As he suggested) handed over the phone to a non-English speaking manager and wouldn’t translate. 4. Cancellation took long, about 15-20 minutes, and seemed to have been prolonged in spite.

We loved this hotel very clean good sized rooms good shower hot water. Very nice staff nice terrace outside for drinks nice bar inside would recommend this hotel to people and not expensive.

Nothing special - I would not rate it a 4-star hotel. However, dinner and breakfast were nice and we felt very welcome. Rooms are basic and parking is slightly complicated. Good bus connection to Granada (every 20 mins)

I was informed by some friends, very bad conditions at this hotel, mizery, this is what I've understood from them, I will not recommend this accomodation alternative. I've heart the owner is a guy Pablo Cortacero with dirty business în România, you can read The România newspapers.

Stayed for a night in December. Cleanliness and up keeping can be much better, towels are worn off, and do not have any cups for drinking or mouth rinse. Bath mixer do not work always hot. The room central heating do not work properly, room is always cold and they already provide a portable heater. However a Friend in a ground floor room complain that their central heating is too hot. Wifi do not work like said in all comments.

Nice staff and very central. Also attached is a good restaurant
