This gym needs a makeover, I really like this place since is not as big as the other gyms in Antigua but lots of their equipment are old and need to be changed, trainers and staffs are really friendly.

Gym is ok and gets you through your workout if you’re travelling in Antigua. Not many machines but enough free weights. Machines are old but do the work. Mainly stacked machines, not many plate loaded ones. During peak hours after work (starting from 5pm to I would say 8pm) the gym is rather crowded and you might need to wait for your turn. Entry is 40Q for a day but you can also buy week passes. I would go again if I was travelling in Antigua but I would probably look for a bigger and more modern gym if I lived there.

It’s a fantastic gym - we bought a weekly pass for the week we are in town - they have everything from ankle weights to punching bags - cardio equipment and CrossFit. I used to ab room the most and they have bands and TRXs as well! Was great to stay in shape while on holiday!

There are people constantly cleaning around the gym which is great. I was pleasantly surpised on the different kinds of stretch ing equipment they have like exercise balls, foam rollers, matts, etc. I wish they would change the music up, it's a bit typical and boring. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

The gym is very busy all day and has a good client base that includes all ages of men and women. Although I didn't attend any classes they seemed to be many and varied. In my local gym mobile phones are banned, not here. Probably the most exercised part of the body in this gym is thumbs. This is annoying if you are waiting for a piece of equipment and someone is sitting there texting. Pet hate of mine, sorry. La Fabrica gym is acceptable but not great.
