I don't even know where to begin with this place. Originally we had booked a Apt nearby. The plan was to walk over for meals and the prayer services. When I went to book the meals I saw that they had sleeping options as well. Let's just say that changed everything for us. We spent 10 days over the holidays in this place. It has by far been one of our best experiences we have had to date. Almost better then our actual wedding day. This place changed the way Chabad houses are operated. They need to bottle this place up and send it out to teach all the other ones how it should be done. The food was out of this world. Make sure your shoes are tied cause this place will totally blow your socks off. Me and the Mrs. Can't wait for our next adventure to this part of the world and we will definitely be stopping by this place. As we say "By us we never say Goodbye Just until next time "

Amazing place to stay, eat, or just hang out with fellow Jews. The Shluchim are the kindest most generous and caring people, and the vibes are amazing. There are inspiring things to learn, ping-pong and billiards to play, and even couches to crash in. The perfect place to stopoff for a backpacker or tourist.

Chabad is amazing amazing place. I stayed there a week and wanted to stay even longer. The people (staff& volunteer) are so welcoming, kind and down to help. They helped me a lot when I got sticker in the area without a bed, ( the dorm is so nice, private shower& bathroom, the beds are comfy) they helped me a lot with the volcano tour, they have really good food at the restaurant in Chabad, definitely highly recommend this place! Thank you Chabad for everything! For amazing Shabbat, and amazing week.

Really good Acatenango trip! They go up by jeep and you only have to do a 45 minute walk to base camp. They provide all of your food and warm clothes. Would highly recommend!

Incredibly warm and welcoming environment. The staff couldn’t be more professional and helpful, and the food was A+. They offer: - Fully kosher, overnight volcano tours. - Shabbat and Yom Tov meals. - Clean dorms and private rooms. - Very affordable restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. - Shuttle bus to San Pedro, Airport and more. Would definitely recommend staying and eating here.

Just left the Antigua Beit Chabad after a week-long stay. Rabbi Silver was incredibly warm and inviting. The Beit Chabad has a full kitchen with many delicious and affordable kosher food options. When we’d return from a day trip such as the Acatanango Volcano overnight trip or the Pacaya Volcano, it felt like a homecoming. We got to know amazing people, many of whom we wouldn’t have gotten to know otherwise. Everyone at chabad was super friendly. Trust the rabbi when he tells you that his Rebbetzin’s Moroccan fish that’s served on Shabbat is amazing. The atmosphere on Shabbat was so special and heart warming. It was hard to leave Chabad, the beautiful city of Antigua, and the amazing country of Guatemala 🇬🇹 . I hope to return. I’ve been to many Beit Chabads and this one really stood out. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience at chabad antigua. I spent the holiday of sukkot and Shabbat with them and met so many amazing travelers. This is a one stop shop for literally all of your travel needs- dorms/private rooms/ suites in their beautiful expansive property, they have a delicious kosher restaurant, Shabbat meals, shuttle transportation services to many diff areas, organized tours/trips, they even offer covid tests. All the info can be easily booked on their website. Last but not least— the Rabbi and Rebbitzen are truly amazing people, they care about each and every person that walks in, and just want you to be happy & comfortable. They are always open to discussing Jewish ideas/topics with you and have a great library of books.

I went to have dinner Kosher food. There was noone else there at the time. I was told at reception to book it online and pay at reception. I ordered and paid and sat waiting over 30 minutes for my baguette with Chicken and small portion of fries. The girl at reception asked how my meal was and was surprised when I had advised that I hadn't eaten yet and that I was still waiting. She went to check and It came at least 15 minutes later. I think they forgot about it. When it came, the chicken in the baguette wasn't even warm. The fried potatoes were hot. I asked for the baguette to takeaway and the cook bought it back for me prepared to go and advised me to heat the chicken up separately in a microwave. I thought that was so cheeky.I explained to her that the chicken wasn't even hot when it was originally brought out to me. She didn't even apologise and responded ok. I paid Q100 for the meal. Don't bother.

Possibly the worst customer service when it comes to booking a tour. Couldn't "find" our RSVP for the Jeep volcano tour at the despite being in communication for about 2 weeks and showing them proof. Essentially told me "our fault but too bad". Then continued to contact me for a tour I did not sign up for 2 days later? I was looking forward to supporting them based on a great tiktok review but that wasn't the case here. Left me in the dust at the very last minute of my short vacation. If you're not a part of their community you will definitely not be prioritized.

I just came in for take out- the place was a mess - trash everywhere - I waited 30 min to PLACE an order - for take out- the staff was slow and uninformed - upon receipt of take away - food was missing - I was charged $117.00 for 5 take way sandwiches - just bread and meat and 2 bottles of $12 wine. I am s local and needed this for clients . I hope I do not have to go back . I do not write bad reviews but this place is beyond horrible

Best chabad I have been at. The Rabbi and Rebetzin and entire staff are wonderful. Their nice demeanor and stellar ahavas yisroel and chessed has a positive influence on the staff and the guests. The atmosphere is welcoming to Home! Great Restaurant on premises, ambiance par excellence with friendly service. Food is made fresh, delicious taste and reasonable. Hotel Quarters and the grounds are kept clean and comfortable.

One of the best Chabad houses out there! They take care of you like you are one of their own. They provide delicious food for the body and soul! There are also dorms on the grounds as well as gorgeous private rooms. They have amazing tours especially the Acatenango tour, something you have to do through them because they use the best and safest tour company out there! And any information you need, you'll find them helpful!

The best Chabad around! You won’t want to leave once you visit Chabad and talk with the Rabbi and his wife. Incredibly friendly and hospitable and have a wealth of tourist information and they book shuttles for you as well. There is also a hotel on location where you can sleep. The restaurant is great with affordable prices for - mainly - Israeli cuisine.

Incredible!! This food is made with so much love & it shows. My goodness, it was all delicious! Just give plenty of time on your order (at least an hour) so that they can make it fresh. We highly recommend the pitas!
