    It is a complete lack of respect for users, twice I have requested appointments for my daughters and they are seen 2 hours after the scheduled time. I don't understand why SURA doesn't intervene when user complaints are so frequent.

    The service is terrible, they always leave you waiting for 30 minutes or even more because supposedly the doctors are late in their appointments, you can have a priority appointment and be very sick and they don't mind leaving you waiting.
