The Minca Tour was a great experience for us. We learned how coffe and chocolate is made from plant to product, we met beautiful animals and nature and the vegan option for lunch was very delicious. The guide was very experienced and has a great knowledge. Thank you very much :)

Very poor tour to the Tayrona park. It was more focus on restrictions than the attraction of the park. They transport you to the tayrona park and buy you the ticket to enter the park but "Tour" , I don't think we received one. The service that they gave you you can do it alone

We were very disappointed with the whole experience. First, they picked us up in a taxi instead of the van the promised. Then, the boat was very old and in a bad condition. We sat on seats made of wood without cushions and no sunshade. Crystal beach was dirty but beautiful. Our second stop was playa grande, we’re they took us to the ugliest restaurant. I was hoping to be surprised but the food was bad. When we came back to Taganga, they didn’t have our transportation ready. We had to walk around looking for a taxi. Again, not a van. We were charged 150k per person but on the website the price is 130k. I’d preferred paying more on a Airbnb tour or the tours that were offered at the Marriott.

Amazing experience with the company. The owner lady makes you feel so so comfortable, almost gives you advice like a friend. Her Minca Jungle Tour with Tony and Joe was incredible - one of the best tours ive taken in life… Go with her! She is really good. Just trust her!

We had a great experience with Samaland Tours. We choose the one to Minca, Casa Elemento, marinka falls and the san rafael coffee and cacao farm. Especially Oscar, our Guide, was very nice and explained us everything. In Spanish but understandable :-). We can highly recommend the tour operator.

We went to Playa Blanca + aquarium with Samaland Tours. Very competent. They informed us very well and we would be picked up very punctually according to plan. Lorena is very committed and the team as a whole is very friendly. Really good value for money

Samaland Tours organized everything for our 2 tours. They picked up us at our hotel on time. For the minca and tayrona park tour we got English speaking people, very friendly. I recommend warmly 😁🏞️

Do not bother going with this company tour to tayrona park . It is a waste of your money you can get to the tayrona park and back without needing the tour. We did the tayrona park tour. We were told we would see 7 different beaches, have a guide, bus transfer, security in and out of the park and they organise your entry. But this is not completely correct. They were a little late picking us up in the morning but The bus ride there was ok. When we got to tayrona park and gained our access we began walking. At the 3 beach after 1hour walking we went to have a look but when we turned around the guides had disappeared. We walked for a long time trying to find them but they were gone. We tried to call but no reception in the area. I hurt myself, so couldn’t walk back quickly and the bus was gone when we got back. We had to buy a ticket back to Santa Marta. We went to complain and was told they would get back to us about want happened and they didn’t. So we went back again, told the same thing…we still have not heard from anyone. I am very upset that they have not bothered to contact us after we went to the 2 times, when they said they would. So unprofessional. Unorganised and don’t have a duty of care for there customers. You pay for insurance and you don’t get any. The least they could have done was offer a small refund.

I booked a Ciudad Perdida tour with Samaland Tours. They offered a great service and the lady at the desk (which speak very good English) told me what kind of experience I could expect and the company who they are cooperate with (Expotur) delivered also good experience guide, translator and cook. During the trip Expotur arranged several stops were we could enjoy of fresh fruits. I can recommend Samaland Tours!!

10/10 More than excellent, the service was a family group of 7 people, including an adult over 85 years old. And the attention from start to finish exceeded all our expectations. The dedication, kindness and treatment of each one of us was unbeatable. . Thank you for helping us live an unforgettable experience.
