Terrible, not recommended at all. They change the appointments that one has already scheduled just because and they notify by text message, I always have to call first before going because they almost always cancel it and I would waste time. Apart from the credit that one is already paying, which was budgeted for everything that one needed from the beginning, they ask one for more money apart because more things have to be done for the treatment to be effective, the braces don't even stick well, leaving the appointment, on the bus I dropped one but they don't put it back together, they want to charge you for another one separately. Supposedly I have to pay 600 thousand pesos more separately than for some stops and brackets that have been lost, which I have brought and they don't glue them back on, they charge them. Ah, but everything has already been paid for them because one gets into debt with the bank. Terrible, horrible, I don't recommend it.

El peor sistema de odontología que puedan haber inventado, todos odontologos aprendices que practican con los que creemos que es un lugar de profesionales , porque cobran como si fueran profesionales. Teléfonos desconectados que nunca responden y hay que ir hasta allá para una cita de 1ra vez , pero si ya es cliente , espere por lo menos 2 horas para ver si hay alguien que la atienda ,porque nunca tienen odontólogos disponibles en Santa Marta, hay q esperar, quien viene o a que ciudad mandan lo que uno necesita. Pésimo servicio, no lo tomen si no quiere perder su dinero y paciencia .

El servicio al cliente es muy malo, cuando te hacen llenar los papeles te ponen en sala de espera y se te puede ir una hora esperando facilmente, eso me paso. Ademas son tan irrespetuosos que a personas conocidas o personas con excusas que tienen poco tiempo los hacen pasar primero que a ti. No logre pasar de la sala de espera es muy indignante como juegan con tu tiempo. Por lo demás no tuve experiencia con el servicio

They fooled me!! I performed a procedure with three ceramic veneers and one zirconium veneer, paying twice the average value compared to the prices of other clinics. But that was not the problem, I thought that by choosing this clinic I would be given a guarantee of service. I explain! At the time of placing the veneers, I noticed that they were of different shades, I let the specialist who treated me know and he told me that "I had to wait for the pigmentation" and that's how he got around with me. It seemed super strange to me seeing that in other quotes they had told me that there were several laboratory tests to reach the ideal tone and size but that was not my case, so when the first veneers arrived, he placed them on me without having any detail care without having the slightest delicacy to at least tell me the truth! The only thing he was interested in was finishing his work because they require payment in advance. Time passed and those teeth were just as horrible! I called customer service, but they hung up on the calls, I put a complaint in writing and no one responded, I spoke to the director and after three months of waiting and insisting she told me clearly that they would not do anything for me and that I should do what I thought was necessary to claim my rights. Conclusion! Expensive, unprofessional company, they don't give you a guarantee, much less give you your money back. If it goes well, excellent, otherwise you become part of the statistics of claims that have never been resolved. I invite you to do a little research on this company on Google before starting treatment.

The absolute worse experience you can have for a well known dental company in Colombia. I came to Santa Marta on vacation and chipped my tooth. The fix itself takes a quick 10 minutes. I made a reservation, and, with a reservation, I didn't leave Dentix until well over 3 hours afterward. Horrible, overall experience.

During the treatment they required me to pay more money than they had stipulated in the total estimate. The lady who always attended to me has terrible attention. Etc…
