The apartment is very centrally located and well equipped, but could be cleaner! Unfortunately the noise is unbearable! There are a lot of local places with VERY loud music that plays until 3:30 in the morning! You can finally sleep between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. So think carefully about whether you need rest...! The host, Daniel, is a negotiator. He charges extra money for everything: an hour of luggage storage costs 1 franc, a paper wristband (identification) costs 4 francs. In our apartment I informed him that we had not accidentally broken a plastic cup (made in China). My transparency was billed. Daniel asked for 9 francs for the cup. Incredible! (Unusual!! especially when you pay 800 Fr for 5 days!). He also had the audacity to charge me for a dish that was already damaged!!!! Tip: Request an inventory. Mr. Daniel will try to scam you in every way he can! The best thing about the building is the friendly and helpful caretakers. There are really several offers in Santa Marta that are cheaper and of better quality!

A great building in an excellent location. It's one block to the water, and about a 5 minute walk to the tourist restaurants and bars. The building itself is very well maintained. The security staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are a number of Airbnb apartments in the building. Some have outside balconies and others inside the 6 story atrium. There are two pools on the roof and another at the base of the atrium. The apartments are large (some are enormous) and very bright and comfortable.

Best Airbnb ever!

Very nice, new building. Everything very new. The noise is unbearable!!!! Windows like paper, absolutely catastrophic Be sure to bring earplugs. The windows let in every sound. It sounds like there are no windows installed. It's super loud. Sleeping without earplugs is a real disaster!

Beautiful apartment! Very well equipped and above all very well located! Super recommended!

Located in the historic center of Santamarta, very neat, accessible and pleasant common spaces, all services in order. 1 block from the beach, you can enjoy the marina and you can see the pier. Nearby is the couple's park, with a great gastronomic variety and many interesting things to eat. Highly recommended if your interest is to add a cultural and social touch to the walk.

Beautifully restored building in Santa Marta's historic center. Very well located. High floors possess majestic views of the city if blessed with external balconies. Alas, the sound of the nearby music from dancing establishments can be overwhelming. Not a place for the tranquillity seekers!
