    one of the worst experiences i've had. waited 10 minutes at the speaker before anyone decided to speak to me, had two people behind me. (one drove off I'm guessing from not wanting to wait) In the middle of me ordering the lady stopped me and told me to wait so she could make drinks. finally came up to the window, got no receipt. the lady was talking to another person very loudly about personal information with the drive through window open about her dating life while telling people to hang on at the speaker. proceeds to complain about drive thru times and how no one wants to work anymore and how she "doesn't understand why people are in the drive thru this late". she then goes to complain to her coworker about someone who just ordered. I'm three feet away from her and i swear she was talking so loud it seemed like she was trying to talk to the people in the car behind me.(also saw about three more cars pull out of line to leave) after about 40 minutes i finally got my food and drove off. couldn't believe the audacity of this ladys complaints when she and her coworker just stood there gossiping. if she took less time talking and more time being a team player maybe her drive thru times would be better. I didn't catch her name but she was older with long brown hair and thick black glasses. wont be back for awhile.

    This Wendy's used to be great. Food was hot, Mgr and associates friendly. In December my order was completely wrong, burgers raw, submitted email never heard response. I dismissed bad service and terrible food as a holiday problem. I again decided to give them a try , never again. Got home to order being (Chicken Sandwich incorrect , neither had what was requested, French Fries so limp and old that they were immediately trashed, I've tried contacting to no avail) so with that in mind a word of caution. Go inside to order, check entire order before leaving. It's sad to see what used to be wonderful turn into something it is now, dreadful.

    This will be the last time i order from this wendys. Drive through, nor delivery. I get part of my food and the fries are old. No actual kids meal, no burger for me. Today was delivery. Couple days ago, drive through

    Went couple weeks ago and it was one of the best everything fresh and hot. Went yesterday dried out burgers, fries worst we’ve ever had barely warm let alone hot. We ate in there parking lot so it wasn’t because we went home to eat. This place is really hit& mid so disappointing. Live here but travel a lot and always stop at a Wendy’s.

    Driver through worker was rude and the other guy at the second window seemed so high out of his mind he couldn't get anything right will not be returning and hope others will avoid the worst fast food place in gulf breeze

    Every time I eat at Wendy's, some how they always get my order wrong every dang time. It doesn't matter what location, if I dine in or if it's drive thru. It's a shame because I really enjoy the food, and the strawberry lemonade. I always say I will never eat at Wendy's again because of this issue, but I am forgiving and in the end up I will give them another chance. I always end up disappointed again. 😔

    Hi I was just add the Gulf Breeze location located in Navarre and the cook came out went into the dumpster area shut the door and was in there for about 20 minutes he looked like he was on drugs I called and spoke to the manager to let me know and she began to press buttons in my ear how dare you have a person like that cooking food at your restaurant

    The team of employees that worked yesterday morning were fantastic. My breakfast baconator was perfect and i was greeted with warmth and friendly smiles. Thank you for the fantastic service!

    Good food for the price. However, have had some issues with service in the past. Have had one worker make it really clear he did not want to be there when we ordered. He proceeded to get our order wrong and was exasperated when we returned to get our order fixed. Staff in general doesn't seem too friendly, but I haven't had too many issues with them so it isn't a big deal. Otherwise the service is generally pretty fast and the food tastes pretty fresh.

    I Recently brought a group of high school basketball players in just before lobby was to close it was just cleaned and was blown away by leadership on display! They made sure to keep a smile and get everyone food correct and quickly! Huge shout out to all that helped us that night!

    They have improved somewhat as of late. Past 2 experiences have been okay. Sadly as a whole for the past 10 years very spotty service, plus a dated store in need of replacement.

    The food was good as typical Wendy's, but fries were just slightly too salty. The service people at the window were nice. Time was slow. We went thru the drive thru and it took 13-15 minutes easy from the time we ordered (and we drove right up to the ordering speaker). Plus the extra time needed to then circle around to the parking area to get the sauces they forgot to put in our bag, so takes around 20 minutes for two "fast food" burgers, fries, and small chicken nuggets. The $5 grab bag is a good deal. I really like that this location gives you choices for the grab bag, because a location in Charlotte NC does not. Give yourself plenty of time if you come to this location. Probably short staffed or something right now.

    It's cheap food.... But. NEVER once everything is hot and fresh. Always something in this biggie bag is a disappointment. Nice option for $4-6 bucks and your hungry. There bag meals are cheap option. But I guess you get what you pay for. Only giving the 4th star cause of price. Really only 2-3 star food

    So, there is nothing "wrong" with this Wendy's.. a 3* for fast food is good. Atmosphere is ok.... again, American fast food. It's one young lady in the drive thru window that I want to call attention to. I lost her name, but she has been at the window almost every afternoon the last 2 weeks. She is super nice, very friendly, speaks clearly on "the box" and has a great attitude even when things are going... not her way. If I find her name, I will add it... but that kind of attitude has to be recognized and commended. Food recommendations? Dave's singe or double but substitute in the pretzel bun... you can thank me later.

    Takes forever to get your food then it's cold, how that happens no clue. Picking up a delivery order last week and They closed 15 mins early of posted time at night with me sitting in line car orders in front of me I move up and wait 3mins no response. with all lights still on employees see me and said nothing. After driving around three times I finally got the attention of somebody the manager she didn't care tell me it's not her problem tell her I was sitting there in line and everything oh well just didn't care. That's not how you treat people out there trying to make a living delivering your food your product or any customers that matter. And unfortunately that's like the fifth manager I have come across lately that has acted that way...!!

    Very unpleasant experience today. Went the drive thru and placed my order with a very nice and friendly associate. Got home and the order was totally wrong. I ordered a chicken wrap with no lettuce. Got home and there was no chicken on the wrap but plenty of lettuce, ranch and cheese. I tried to call the number listed on Google, no answer after several minutes, it sound like a fax machine with lots of static. I got in my car and drive back. Explained to the nice young man what I had ordered and this is what I received, taking it from the Wendy's and showed him the wrap. He then went to the back and after several minutes a female came out with no introduction of her name or if she was a associate, a manager or an assistant manager nothing only asking again what's the problem. I explained again and she left the counter. Return with the 2 wraps and said, sorry for order and left. Her personality needs a complete overhaul! Very unprofessional and I left feeling like I was nothing to her and certainly not appreciated for shopping or please return soon was mentioned by her! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A MAJOR BUSINESS!!! VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WENDY'S in Gulf Breeze, Florida

    The manager at this location has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. She once made me drive around the restaurant when there was no one behind me just because I had 2 orders from doordash

    Great place for a quick cheap bite to eat. You can tell it has a good manager, she works just as hard as her employees and it shows!

    The food is good. The dining room only opens from 5pm to 10pm. I am sure they are short on staffing like most businesses right now. I think I would have given a five star had the dining room been open when I placed my order. Another issue is the single Dave burger for $1 does not work on the app. It kicks you out and stops the app when you try to select it. I tried calling Wendy's but waited 15 minutes on the phone and then just gave up. I even tried deleting the app and reloading it and the same thing occurred. I lost all my accumulated points too. Less than ideal situation.

    Hit drive-thru, amazingly empty at the time. Service was quick and pleasant. Had the Baconator fries, and while the product was fresh and quantity good, the cheese was clearly not what you'd call "real"

    Suggestion - When you're out of an item (like French fries yesterday), put up a note somewhere so customers will be aware BEFORE they order. I love your ff's, but am not a fan of the baked potatoes or chili offered as a substitute.

    Im not real sure of the cleanseiness of this place and the cashier counting on her fingers to proudly exclaim "oh! Exact amount! But the classic wendys food was delicious, hot and fresh. Time in line was eh. My personal opinion is that they need to do a serious remodel here.
