this is one of the leading malls in the south. The goods are cheap and the parking space is wide. It is also accessible to everyone, even those passing through SLEX because it is close to the Mamplasan exit and Greenfield Unilab exit

At the momment it is functioning and capable of suplying the needs in the area, observes health protocols. Opens 10 am to 7pm for the stores bur department store closes early. Over all experience is good.

I'll give it a 5 star if they have bidet, cleaner restrooms and a clean diaper changing stations, it could be better too if they'll add more restrooms. Parking spaces is also always full especially on holidays and busy days, one time my grandmother and I went here and even the valet parking is not available anymore. Security are good, friendly and the other staff to.

I love SM anything, all departments, but also the optical shops, skincare and hair studios, the electronics and computer wing, and enjoying a break in the food court or any of the many quality dining venues is always a treat, especially my latest surprise: Banapple. Strange name, great menu! SM Santa Rosa is close to home too 😄😁

This is quite big, they expanded with additional building on the side which houses the covered parking area at Level 2 and Level 3. The last time i visited the place was one building only which is the main building at the front. Thay have also the SRIT but unfortunately no buses utilizes this facility. Parking si also available around the main building. More stores are on site now. I was not able to take some photos.

Personally I had a good and bad experience in this place but no need to mention the bad one. This place had a lot of restaurants, shops and anything you can find here but not at all.

Full packed parking! From entrance to exit parking was so full. Hope they can open the terminal to private vehicle parking especially during weekends. But good to note that parking is free. Got to enjoy the wide selection of goods from the mall.

It was nice and not too crowded even though we went on a holiday weekend. They have lots of things to choose from when shopping. The salespeople are nice and not pushy or makulit. Lots of cash registers so lines don't get too long.

This local mall is very good and the customers service is one of the best in fact is way better than in Australia by a long shot! The workers pack your backs, bring your groceries to your car and it just does them without even asking.

I love to shop at SM and see a hundred staff standing about doing nothing while 2 cashiers handle 30 customers. It’s genius 🤦🏼‍♂️ And here we are again 2 Weeks later. None of the ATM machines work what a complete joke. The banks should be ashamed of so many unavailable machines. This is pathetic. Someone needs to be fired.

It's a one-stop-shop. You can find all you need under 1 roof. They actually opened their expansion space for quite sometime now and began to offer new brands of both clothing and food.

Large and this space allows all mall goers to not be up in each other's faces. Nice place to wander and hang around with your friends. Security is nice and the parking area is also spacious.

A bit crowded here but it still cozy and nice place to hang out! Update sa bagong extension mas malawak ang area and more benches around stairs, and selfie museum on second floor. You can really enjoy your visit, especially with family.

My kids love this place. Huge parking space, lots of restaurants, beautiful stairs, and clean movie cinemas. Highly recommended! If you have kids, don't forget to bring socks and wear facemasks in I-play, located in the Second floor (near CyberZone).

Authentic Chinese Cuisine!!! Must visit this place if you're in Binondo, Manila♡ Siomai, Sharksfin, and Beef Wanton ( to die for♡) If you are into Chinese food.

we went here on a motorcycle, we were glad that there was a helmet storage area at the parking, and there was no extra charge too. the mall itself has a good variety of stores and restaurants and coffee shops that we love.

Very organized vehicle flow. Can be crowded (but you know the reality of malls). One stop shop. Entrance and exits are well done. If you're looking for instax mini films, 2nd floor is the place to go.

A lot of things going on in and outside of the mall. A good place to spend time with friend, family or with your special one. I love the modern architecture and a good flow of nature being attached with the building.

A Nice and simple yet organized SM City branch in the south of Luzon. The arrangement of Boutiques, shops and other services establishments can be easily found while strolling along the mall hallways. Perfect for a short stroll, shopping and dining adventure! A very cool mall worth the visit!

Comfort room is too far from the front lobby, designed for the rich customers not for the walk in customer came from the entrance door.

The guards were polite to let me in even if I forgot my face shield. Some establishments were already closed at 7:00 P.M. I was supposed to buy a cake from Mary Grace cafe at around 7:15 P.M. but I was not entertained anymore. Thanks to Kimori where I tried the Banana white chocolate cream cake, which waa very good.
