😠 Experience with Pag-IBIG's Leonardo Japayan III is so bad. Normally, I would feel comfortable towards a customer service agent, he made me feel the opposite. He's intimidating in a bad way, I feel terrible asking him for help. Inquiring does not feel like I'm being educated. He humiliated me.
