Super Upgraded version of McDonald's. Reach here if u are in a hurry going to Tagaytay City and wanna skip the ordering line. Clean & Restroom two thumbs up. And faster service and accommodating/professional Staff. They offer a different way of ordering in a new gen touch screen which is super good and fast. Mabuhay kayo. Will drop by again.

This McDonalds is one of our favorite spots, as my daughter wanted to eat here. I'm giving 4 stars for the Food, Service and Ambience of the place.

Bad services compare to other mcdonald's branch , not recommended

With a coffee shop. With a charging station on each dining table.

Mcdo it's always Mcdo saving the day sometimes going in maybe once every two months or so

These kiosks are slow, touched by everyone and regardless of what it sas (that they are "disinfected after every use) - not one was santized while i was there (at least 30 people touched them before i left). And you STILL have to go to the counter and pay/hold money etc. Better use Scentsor, McDo. One spray will last 60 days with no viruses or bacteria. Non-toxic, food grade.

When ordering a QP deluxe, you got to make sure that's what they give you. On several occasions, I was given the regular QP. The outside is always busy with people sitting around.

Staffs are very rude. When you ask for service water, they won’t provide it to you willingly. They will pinpoint their fingers, not knowing how to deal with customers. Service water should be provided by any fast foods or canteen no matter what. With or without a cup. Very unfriendly staff. They act with full of pride. Waiting time for food is very slow as well.

Drive thru but need to wait for 30mins in parking area. If exceeded 30mins inside the area you need to pay parking fee. Icea tea drinks half is ice or water if melted.

Took a while for the order to be prepared and there's multiple missing items. You would need to call the crew thrice to get their attention. Understandable since they are always busy

Drive thru experience is bad. Crew asked/confirmed my order. After receiving my order, I asked the crew if my shake shake fries has the bbq powder and she said yes. I trusted her but when I got home, the bbq powder is missing 😡

We left and forgot our personal things on table, after 10 minutes we came back and fortunately one of the crewmen (I forgot to ask his name) he is tall and with white skin complexion and has round eyes. He kept the stuff securely and gave it to us. Kudos to kuya.

Great place to have a meal! I went here and I take a quick meal and I can say that I am very much satisfied with the way this branch handle its customers.. 👍👍👍.. From taking its orders until serving the meals.. And the space is quite a lot if you want to accommodate a large group of friends. Also one of the cleanest restrooms.. One of the best branch so far.. Thumbs up!!!

The crew just assembled the order and let it sit in the counter for more than 15 minutes so the food was already cold. I have had to follow up my order. Bad service.

Just waisted our time here. We have waited for 15mins waiting for someone to accomodate us at the counter, not even the manager, could have told us to wait or what. Please train them properly.

It is still the best McDonald's franchise for me as their meals are more fresh and hot compared to other McDonald's near the area. The place is also lovely especially during 3-4 AM. Although it is quite crowded during lunch to dinner time especially 4-8 PM.

Food is great but the place is not well maintained. They are severely understaffed so the tables are not cleaned immediately after customers have left their trash! Perhaps they need to educate their customers to clean their tables before leaving the store.

We decided to get drive-thru in McDo but unfortunately.. we didn't get what we really want to order.. they don't have any coke float or even a sundae..

McD's that we visited at midnight. i think their order kiosks weren't working at that time so we had to line up at the counter. we ordered 4 regular fries but we only received 3 so we had to come back inside to ask for the missing one. we didn't dine in because we wanted to enjoy our iced coffees and fries where we were parked and that was the highlight of our experience lol. we stayed until around 2am and we witnessed their store being closed for a general cleaning.

Very clean. Crew is very quick to clear out tables so no mess stays for too long after a group is done eating.

Service crew are approachable and the place is nice and quite spacious.

I had a bad experience with their McMuffin recently. So I went and gone to their feedback website and told my complaint. not even a day has passed and the staff called me and apologized for what I've experienced and they even gave me a complimentary second meal and it was good! so glad they listened. I would definitely eat here again and remember that you can give them any kind of feedback and they would actually address it.
