I don't usually comment on any reviews but I am doing so now, so McDonalds trains the manager at this location! I place the order, by the way the staff at this location are incompetent as orders have never matched with what is handed to me...as such I make a point to check what they put in the bag every time. Any way this misplacement happened yet again for the umpteenth time, but this time I caught it and told the staff that it was a double quarter pounder not single....the total count was around a 100 Reais, they asked me to wait in the front, waited for what seemed an eternity then this fellow comes out with the sandwich and asks me if I want to put it on a credit card because allegedly the staff took the order in error! I know this is Brazil...but all the same I cannot believe McDonald's management would look the other way and not take this manager to some training. I would blame the incompetence of the staff at this location to be the result of an untrained manager. This location has been the shame of McDonald's for quite some time now...the only reason I frequent it is because of my 5 year old on the way home from her school. Hopefully somebody does something to help this location Brazil or otherwise.

This place stinks. It is situated near the Tiete river, the stench is unbearable.
