Awful
place.
We
sat
down
for
happy
hour
in
a
cramped
room
where
the
waitress
didn't
return
and
we
couldn't
fit
at
the
bar
to
get
served.
The
beer
was
fine,
nothing
special
though
the
special
coffee
beer
was
far
too
overpowering.
When
we
finally
gave
up
ordering
another,
we
were
charged
well
over
what
it
should
cost,
and
the
rude
waitress
snatched
the
money
from
both
of
us
before
we
had
a
chance
to
check
and
give
it
to
her.
She
never
came
back
to
give
us
the
change,
and
when
we
followed
up
at
the
bar
the
other
staff
ignored
us
completely
and
our
waitress
not
only
refused
to
give
us
our
change
but
also
the
receipt.
She
wouldn't
actually
tell
us
the
price
of
the
beer,
only
that
we
owed
her
90
quetzal
despite
her
snatching
150
from
our
hands
without
permission
and
denying
the
snatching
and
also
the
amount
(we
did
NOT
hand
it
to
her).
We
got
very
suspicious
that
this
is
a
frequent
tactic
used
here
as
she
was
very
arrogant
about
it,
and
the
other
staff
turned
away
so
as
not
to
see
when
we
tried
to
ask
for
assistance.
We
normally
tip
heavily
but
there
was
no
way
we
would
advocate
this
place.
In
contrast
we
went
around
the
corner
(30
second
walk)
to
another
brewery
with
a
beautiful
rooftop
bar
with
lovely
staff,
all
receipted
properly
and
a
much
bigger
range
of
beers
with
excellent
services,
breezes,
views
and
food
for
much
cheaper,
and
consent
given!
My
only
negative
experience
in
Guatemala.
