WOW -- don't miss the krautadillas!! We couldn't believe how flavourful they were. Perfect balance of creamy and tangy with the vegan "cheese". We came back a second time and were surprised again by how delicious it was with the crunchy texture and flavourful filling. The bowls are huge and filled with so many wholesome and delicious ingredients -- very filling and great value! Their cheesecake was also very creamy and delicious, and finished off our meal perfectly. A must visit when in Guatemala, vegan or not (especially for the krautadillas)!!

We tried the bowls first and became instantly addicted to Wachuma. Everything we've ordered has been flavorful and fresh. There are plenty of inexpensive and delicious options. It's awesome to have such awesome vegan options in Antigua. We've come here everyday we were in Antigua and we don't regret one second! Don't forget to go there on Tuesday for the 2 for 1 burgers!

They work hard to prep great vegan meals. My go to for dinner. I’m not a vegan but not really into eating junk or corn based food so the spiralized veggie noodles are great, build your own bowl for $42 and you get a decent amount of whatever you want and then add some. The drinks are more costly , the vegan cakes are made with agave and date sugar so their decent, I didn’t find anywhere else doing it for $32 like here, I always come here for their bowls for an early dinner. Antigua has absurd prices for meat so I’d rather go vegan and stay healthier. The brownie is pretty good (better the other two being made with cacao and agave and date sweetened) and the carrot cake is ok- being vegan it doesn’t taste a whole lot like carrot cake . I’d say the caramel o cake was better (not pictured)

Even if you are not vegan (I'm not) you need to try this food!! Delicious!!! But I recommend to take Kraut (for the bowls) on the side because it has such a strong sour taste. The nutritions what you put in your body with Wachuma are incredible..

My favorite restaurant in Antigua!🥰 Amazing place! Great food, very healthy and delicious!🤤 Great vegan and veggie food. Good prices 😃 The vegan "cheesecake" and the bowls are my special favorites. I also really recommend the ginger lemonade! Wonderful atmosphere, music, decor, good location! 👍

Yummy delicious vegan food. I enjoyed the earth bowl, loaded with all sorts of tasty vegetables, mushrooms, and tempeh. I couldn't even finish the bowl, I suggest sharing. I also loved the beautiful art displayed.

Absolutely delicious vegan food (tempeh, organic quinoa, tofu and vegan cashew cheese, nutritous vegetable bowls) and creative homemade sauerkraut dishes. We came here twice and would come again! Their tahini sauce is incredible. You can buy their cashew cheese and kale hummus separately to make your own lunch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended!

We have been here twice - because it was soo good! We can recommend the bowls: Earth and Power and Green Power (or something similar) For round about 5€ you get a really nice bowl of 100% vegan with delicious salsa. We just loved the place - nice stuff, a lot of meals to choose and a chilled vibe. + you can pay by card😉 The one thing you just need to check: is everything included? We needed to ask about the kraut and seeds the first time which they apologised and gave it immediately.

Wow finally an affordable place where to eat healthy! I eat a lot and their bowls pack a tone of nutrients, I felt super full. Highly recommend the Curry bowl. Plus the place has cool art and music

I can't say enough good things about the wonderfully delicious, nutritious and affordable food at Wachuma. The staff are consistently friendly which also enhances the experience. As a vegetarian, I wasn't certain what to expect in Guatemala and am so pleased to have found this restaurant early in my trip!

Delicious and nutritious bowls full of vegan goodness, with some top notch Kombucha!

This was one of the best avocado toasts I’ve ever had. I don’t always love tofu but it was such a nice touch. The food, coffee, and service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing place and amazing prices! The bowls are so delicious and filling and the chai latte is one of the best I’ve had. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The dish itself wasnt good, but i combined the dish so maybe my fault.. but anyway the sweet potato wasn’t cooked, the thini was too sour and for some reason i had cabbage on it.. I would maybe recommend get the prepared bowls

Great bowls! The mixtures are really tasty and filling, tempeh is firm and smoky. And the addition of sourkrout is surprisingly good :)

Cute little restaurant with great food. Everything has kraut in it which we didnt know before, I dont like kraut and it was no problem to just get a bowl without it. Really nice staff and the prizes are def okay for the quality and quantity.

It is the best restaurant here in Antigua. It is healthy, cheap and the staff is very friendly. It’s just vegetarian/vegan, but we loved it! 10/10 would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget and still want to eat something delicious!

It seemed like the ingredients were fresh but the combination of flavors was not good. I got the sweet and sour bowl and on the menu it looked fantastic but I couldn’t get down more than three bites. I really wanted to like this place the way things were flavored and cooked was unappealing. Maybe the other dishes are better…

Perhaps my favorite vegan restaurant in Antigua so far. A lot of amazing, healthy vegan food for the price. Cool place too.

For my first vegan meal in Antigua, this was my absolute favorite and so delicious. There is a very welcoming courtyard which shares the space with a few other cafes you can sit in to enjoy the sunshine, but I loved sitting in the window watching the clouds and people roll by. A must visit for any foodies in Antigua!

Unique-affordable-DELICIOUS. I honestly couldn’t decide what to get on this menu and I came here because I am in love with their other restaurant called Samsara (also in Antigua). You will not be disappointed by either place to eat/drink/snack. They have such a great menu and even though I told myself I would eat somewhere different every day, I find myself coming back to these spots for at least one meal haha. LOVE IT!

Delicious food. I ate one of the slices before I thought to take a photo! Very filling. Amazing to have so many vegan options and vegan cheese! Very unique food and taste experience, would highly recommend.

A great vegan restaurant, specialising in probiotic foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, etc... but mostly sauerkraut, which is in everything! The 'krautons' were my favourite; weird epanada type parcels of sauerkraut and plant-based cheese, with a sweet dipping sauce. Their blissballs are also fantastic. My partner and I took one each up Volcan de Fuego, and they were exactly what we needed as a mid-hike snack.

Little veggie gem. Had a peanut-tempeh-mushroom bowl (Earth power was the name I think?) and a sweet and sour bowl. Both delicious and good portions for around Q40-45 each. Good chill music and psychedelic decor. Will go back to try their tahini dressing and burgers.

Great little vegan restaurant, with high quality food and very decent prices. We ordered 2 bowls and although they look small they were very filling, generous with the sauces as well. The deserts are a must as well
