Absolutely delicious pad Thai. I got it para llevar and didn’t stay to eat, but I wish I had! Such cute atmosphere. I’m grateful such a vegan friendly place exists in antigua! Will definitely be back

Once:Once remodelled the place!!! Completely New aesthetics ✨🥹🤩 and the food is delicious as always. They also added some new cocktails ✨botanical mixology✨ happy to know that they’ve continued with the excellent quality of their dishes! 1000000% recommend to try their “wings” and their pulled not pork. Also if you love tea, they have such a great variety of infusions!!

A vegan restaurant, Once Once provides a variety of fabulous meatless dishes. The Crispy Cauliflower and Chipotle Tacos were amazing! Cozy atmosphere and reasonable pricing. Five of us met for lunch; one ordered dumplings, the other a veggie burger, and the rest of us had the tacos. Absolutely delicious. With an Iced Chai to drink, plus tip, my bill was 105 GTQ or about $7 American.

Wonderful place! Antigua has a lot of great food and this might be my favorite. The mole enchiladas are delicious as are the cauliflower tacos. Carrot cake is awesome too!

Another gem in Antigua. The space is super cute with a central garden area and wandering dog. Staff is friendly and helpful. I came in for lunch but kind of wished I could have gotten some of the breakfast items. Ordered the spring rolls, mushroom app and mint & cucumber lemonade. The mushroom dish wasn't my favorite but the rest was really nice, especially the hot cup of vegetable soup they brought out first (for free). Yum!

As a Texan who loves beef, I have to say this vegan surprised me with all the amazing favours I could ever ask for. I'm amazed, everything is plant-based, which I would never guess. I tried the country burger, cauliflower wings and the mac & cheese.. I reaaaaaally like everything. And the vegetable soup they serve you as an appetizer: hit the nail perfectly on the head. I ended up going two more times to the place.

The best vegan food in Antigua! I loved everything I tried in this restaurant. The ingredients feel fresh and tasty. Great portions and good prices from Q60 to Q100. The staff was very nice and the ambience felt very cozy. Absolutely recommend it.

Came here twice for vegan food, it was delicious and fresh! Would definitely recommend. The wontons with the apple sauce were my favourite! They provide a free vegetable broth drink while you wait and free water. Unfortunately the menu online does not match the current menu and it doesn't have the pasta, mac n cheese, or a few other things we were excited about trying. To find the restaurant you have to walk all the way in the back of wicho and charlies and its a nice big space.

Super yummy vegan food. Felt very fresh, nice vibe & attentive servers! The spring rolls were very yummy, as were the cauliflower tacos!

Incredible place. Was in the Antigua area for a month and this was by far the best vegan restaurant I have been to! A bit more expensive than other places, but well worth the extra money in my opinion. This is a must visit restaurant if you are in Antigua. Try the smoothies, pasta, and the winner for us was the pulled pork sandwich!

Stumbled on this gem walking around Antigua and I am happy I stopped in. It was my last day and decided on a 3 course meal. I ordered the Cauliflower Wings, White Lime Ravioli + Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée. I started with the complimentary vegetable soup…delicious! Cauliflower wings were yummy and the manager on duty suggested getting both BBQ + Buffalo. The ravioli surprised me: big pieces and sauce was yummmmmy (a little less sauce for me next time). I took the recommendation of getting the passion fruit crème brûlée and if you like passion fruit, you will not be disappointed.

One of the best vegan restaurants we’ve been to thus far. We had dinner at Once Once during our stay in Antigua and the food was marvellous. We were given a vegetable soup to begin our meal (served in a little clay jug, free of charge). Our mains were a vegan fettuccine with tofu and a vegan sushi California roll - both were prepared to perfection and portion sizes were well beyond expectation. For dessert we had a vegan crème brûlée, a little too sweet but quite tasty. The setting of the restaurant is beautiful as well. If we had more time, we would definitely have made a few more visits. 😊 A shoutout to the staff - I left my handbag behind (it had my keys and travel money) and was able to reach out to the team via Instagram - they were quick to respond and arranged a way for me to collect my bag early morning despite the restaurant opening only at mid-day.

Good veggie options as all menu items are vegetarian. I had the cauliflower tacos and the sauces were delicious and spicy. Freshness came through in all the menu items. Great atmosphere and service!

The location of restaurant is definitely beautiful. Food is a bit of an art style and you need to search tofu in the spring rolls. Besides that peanut sauce was amazing.

One of my best restaurant experiences I have ever had. The setting in the courtyard garden, lit with candles by night is incredibly beautiful … the food was fresh and delicious. The portions are big, I decided to go for two starters and it was more than sufficient. I was given a vegetable broth on the house as well as some batatas bravas with the wine I ordered. Sweet gestures! The girls working there are very sweet and attentive … I felt very comfortable dining there solo & can’t wait to be back 🤍

Nice atmosphere, cosy place with fountain and comfortable seats. The food was a bit disappointing with a tasteless and dry pad Thai (they ask if spicy was fine but didn’t include any in the final dish?) and cocktails without alcohol (were they saving on costs?). The service was very cold, no eye contact, no smile, no concern about the food served, and we didn’t feel comfortable overall with it, feeling like we were bothering them.

An absolute treat, we finally found flavor!! Best pad thai I have ever had and the el pastor tacos are delicious. I am not vegan or vegetarian and this is my favorite place yet!

Such a lovely restaurant with delicious, artfully presented food. The chef takes great care in the presentation of every dish. Fresh flowers garnishing the drinks as well. Located in a beautiful colonial era house. Pretty furnishings, candle-lit entry, welcoming staff. Met the owner and her dogs while dining there (wichoandcharlie is her other business, and it’s adjacent to the restaurant), and I was impressed with her vision and passion for her work. Wonderful experience!

We had a great lunch here. The amuse bouche soup they gave us was excellent. We loved the tacos and the sushi as well. The Bolognese gnocchi was a bit bland. The prices are higher than most restos in antigua but the portions are very large and the food quality is excellent. Service could be improved somewhat from our experience as our dishes came out quite late, we were never checked on through our meal, and our waters were never refilled.

We loved everything about this restaurant! The interior is beautiful, the drinks were great and the food was AMAZING. We went twice in the same day, it was so good. I would highly recommend!! We had the Fuego sushi roll, dumplings and the pad thai, which was probably the best one i’ve ever had. We also had a great chocolate cake for dessert. Portions are very big and the price is totally fair for the size and quality.

Brunch here was great. There was someone performing music. It was on an outside patio with a fountain in the center. This place really created a moment that I will not soon forget. Also, the food is fantastic. The burrito and the smoothie bowl were delicious.

Very good vegetarian food - the spring rolls are great and a large portion. If you have the appetite, get the chocolate cake. It’s fantastic!

Truly an amazing meal - the cauliflower tacos and crème brûlée. They brought a veggie broth soup for me as well on the house. Honestly, it was one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. And the place is so cozy in the evenings with a bunch of candles. I loved this whole experience.

One of the best Pad Thai I've ever had. The food her is really good. Tasty, well balanced and plenty of options. Staff are super friendly, helpful and service is spot on. Kids have plenty of options. We came twice in one day, and would happily go back more if we were in town for longer. The ravioli was the only dish we felt could be better but if we ever make it back Once Once will be our first stop.

Loved this place! Upscale atmosphere, nice variety in the menu and everything we had was great. We got served this lovely veggie broth for free to start, and the Buffalo cauliflower wings which were perfectly crispy and seasoned. I got the fettuccini as a main, it was nice and creamy and came with breaded tofu on top. I really appreciated that they added some protein! My only issue was that it was a little sweet for my liking because of the coconut milk. My partner got the enchiladas and he was very impressed with the flavour and attention to detail. I would have loved to have tried the deserts but we were so full! We had to take some of my pasta back to the hostel the portion was so huge. It was a little pricey, but well worth it.

We ate here twice when we were in Antigua. The atmosphere and service is very nice. The chocolate cake was amazing. The sushi was good, but didn’t really taste like sushi. We loved the Alfredo pasta, the tacos and the Mac and cheese.

Visited with friends from Canada this past May (2023). This was undoubtedly one of the best culinary experiences of our trip. This place is gorgeous and the food is to die for. Don't miss out!

An absolute gem on the outskirts of Antigua. The food was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere cosy and the staff very friendly. Between the cauliflower wings, the spring rolls and their sesame dressing or the fettuccine, hard to pick a winner and that was before eating their decadent chocolate 🍫 🍰 or crème brûlée... 😍 This place is just fantastic whether you eat plant based or not. The flavours are there, and it's from natural ingredients. A must visit while in Antigua 💛

Very beautiful place! Love that they bring small complement in the beginning. We ate sushi, which looked good but as taste were not exceptional for me (quite flat taste, not interesting). Maybe other dishes are better.

Came here for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The burger was amazing and juicy and the ambiance was killer. Boho vibe with comfy chairs! Will definitely be back in 2 for 1 wine night!!
