Friendly and accommodating staff. I had no issues with the booking and everyone I talked to on the phone was pleasant. The room itself was clean with no problems or breaks. The views from both sides are beautiful and there’s a grill and plenty of sitting down below. A few tips - the laundry is in the main building, from the main desk go to the end of the hall and take a right, walking through the kitchen. Bring your own detergent. The windows do have three sets of shades - one for daytime and one for night as well as the curtains. I also suggest leaving your cabinets open. This sounds strange but the dishes always had that old-cabinet smell to them if they were shut in for too long.

Great hotel on island. Has everything you need and almost everything you want. Great costumer service and multiple rooms. Got a $35 discount rooms and $75 dollar suites. The office is also the lease place for the Caravelles which are $150 a night and is a two story townhouse type building.

What an absolutely delightful front desk staff ! I had a bit of a problem with my GTCC. Everyone was supportive and helped resolve. Smiling and supportive. Gosh ! Thank you .. I hope this stay is gonna be stress free.

Pretty good as far as hotels go. Company is paying for the room but it is clean and room service comes every day. Everything has been fine so far great location

I truly enjoy living here. The staff is excellent, the service is wonderful. I'd rather live here than have an apartment Any day of the week. I had an issue, the staff was on it. I am very happy...

Only problem I have is not enough outlets and lighting. We had to move the coffee pot to the tv stand to be able to plug in even though the coffee pot had it own table built in.

Here for 14 days ROM. The room is perfect for my needs. The staff are extremely responsive with requests for groceries and towels etc. The daily wellness call from the front is most appreciated. Shatana has been wonderful making these calls. All good in week one!!!!

Rooms are great and that bed, wow comfortable. I was in ROM for 2wks and thanks to the front desk staffs for calling every morning to ask how I’m doing. Thanks to the housekeepers for delivering such a clean and fresh room. Best place to stay when visiting gtmo. Nothing beats a friendly staff and great accommodations ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
