This restaurant has the potential to be better. They need to improve their customer service and their drinks at the bar. The servers barely pay attention to you. I sat and waited to be serviced for what felt like 60 minutes and there were only a handful of customers there. The staff stand around talking amongst each other and don't pay attention to the tables. I asked for a drink menu that never came. I ended up having to ask someone else for one. When my drink finally arrived it tasted terrible. They use cheap alcohol and low-quality mixer. It didn't taste like the actual drink at all. I ordered a different drink and it was the same so I gave up on their drinks. The food was was not bad. I did enjoy their appetizer eggplant parm. I didn't get to eat anything else because they didn't have what I originally ordered. When I was done I asked for the bill and went somewhere else for drinks and food to take home. I won't be going back to Mr. Grilled. The service was not worth it. As I mentioned before the restaurant itself has the potential to be successful but they will need new management.

We placed our order via what’s app and confirmed 3 times ( in writing and voice notes) only to wait one hour and 10 minutes to receive the wrong order. When I brought it their attention, they seemed not to care at all which is okay but I guess we won’t be eating here again.

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat after having a few bad experiences at other restaurants with service. Upon arrival the young lady serving us was very attentive and sweet. She was efficient and made numerous checks on us to assure we were good. The music and service was great in my opinion. While eating a gentleman approached us who seemed to be the manager or owner and went out of his way and ask us if our service, food, drinks and music was to our liking. He even asked if the music was too loud for us. Which I thought was super thoughtful and professional. By far the best customer service experience I’ve received in Santiago. The prices, food, drinks, service, and entertainment was wonderful!

I’ve been here twice in one day! Came this morning for some appetizers and a drink, the pork belly tacos were amazing! The vibes are dope and the wall art / murals are really cool! I came back for a late dinner because they’re open 24hrs!!! And had the churrasco with a drink called La Bella - chefs kiss delicious!!! Definitely coming back!

To make things worse, they started with some power drilling right next to us to work on the name of the restaurant! On top of it, they didn't want at first to make some virgin mojitos because "they didn't have enough limes" (lol). At the end, they charged us the mojitos like regular ones, so I had to complain. The hostess was not motivated and servers really looked sad and bored. Drinks at least were ok.

Service and food was top notch here! I come eat here everytime I visit Santiago, which is several times a year. Today I such a great experience I was moved to make the time to leave a review. I had the churrasco, the waiter had great recommendations and the wine list is impressive. I will keep coming back and recommending!

Came here for a late lunch / early dinner and it was great. Very nice and clean atmosphere. Plenty of selections on the menu. I started with the chicken egg rolls and they were super yummy and crispy. For dinner I had the BBQ ribs with a side of Mac & cheese. The Mac & cheese was super delicious and extra creamy/cheesy!
