Very nice place in Santo Domingo, food is well cooked in wood fire so the smoky flavor is a must taste, Brisket is the best followed by the roast pork and the ribs are nice, sometimes have wild hog (jabali) that is very similar to regular pork, the cranberry sauce for the ribs is great but i prefer the regular smoky taste. Fried batata is great and avocado must go with the food. The octopus salad is fantastic too. Nice attention and atmosphere great customer service, tourist should come here it is safe and clean for them to try local food at its authentic taste. Lunch times on weekend are busy but all they sell here is great.

2nd time I'm this location. Their food is great! I ate chivo encendio, my husband the ribs and the taste is incredible. We will go back to hit that spot every time when going back to DR.

Food is amazing, just incredible!!! Price can be a bit high just for lunch but quality and taste makes it worthy.

Good smoked meat dishes with nice sides! However, it's smaller than the other one, had less food options, the meat was not smoked quite as good, nor was the service as good. If you've never been to the larger one you'd like this one, but it raised my expectations for this one and I was a little disappointed. I still give it a 4 star though to be fair!

It's a weird setup not sure if you pay first or after no one tells you anything employees just stand there with hands behind back views decent

The food is superb! We tried the jabalí a la leña and the goat, both absolutely scrumptious. The Russian Salad was delicious as well, and the Presidente beer ice cold. I can't wait to go back and try other things!

This place is perfect if you want to eat right away and not have to wait too long. Love the variety of food options and it has a mix of a grocrey shop so you can also buy more items to go (drinks, food or snacks).

A very confortable la place in the Santo Domingo este area. With a wide variety of snacks and delicious lunch options. Food is high quality and prices go accordingly with the delicious quality meal.

the ribs and the pork skewers were insanely delicious, the yuca mash, the eggplants parmessan also,everything was so good enough , also tried the some desserts ,would definitely go back there on my next visit in town.

I wanted the beef ribs but they were out. So I had the brisket and pork ribs. Decent taste and tender, it was better my last visit. AND super expensive, 4 slices of brisket and 4 rib bones $44 without sides. Much higher than the US. 18% is taxes which is good because the standard is 28% at all restaurants.

They took a long time to serve the food and later to get the payment when there were not a lot of people. Food was good, specially the meet; the roosted pork was another level. Decent price and atmosphere.
