I’ve
eaten
here
twice.
My
first
dining
experience
was
enjoyable.
The
ambiance,
food,
and
drinks
were
great
on
the
first
level.
The
waiter
was
friendly
and
he
frequently
asked
if
we
needed
anything
and
if
we
were
enjoying
our
food.
We
even
ordered
a
Mr.
Manny’s
to
go.
Fast
forward
to
last
week,
we
decided
to
eat
upstairs
which
has
a
more
club
like
vibe.
Not
sure
why
because
I
was
a
little
winded
taking
the
stairs
up.
It’s
a
nice
little
hike
because
there’s
no
elevator.
After
seating
ourselves,
about
five
minutes
later
the
waitress
came
to
take
a
drink
order.
My
boyfriend
placed
his
order,
and
I
asked
her
to
come
back
for
my
order.
The
place
was
not
busy
as
we
were
the
second
table
that
was
occupied.
There
was
a
party
of
about
10
people
next
to
us.
By
the
time
I
came
back
from
the
restroom
(which
was
nice
and
clean),
my
boyfriend
placed
my
order
and
my
drink
was
on
the
table
but
he
said
they
were
out
of
chicken
wings.
I
understand
the
larger
party
required
more
attention
but
by
the
time
Sharlyn,
the
waitress,
got
to
our
table,
she
was
unprofessional,
unfriendly,
curt,
and
just
had
bad
energy.
My
boyfriend’s
food
arrived
before
mine.
About
15
minutes
later,
I
was
brought
a
salad
and
steak
but
I
ordered
fajitas.
I
told
the
waiter
I
didn’t
order
a
steak
and
Sharlyn
approached
the
table
and
began
to
yell
at
the
waiter,
leaned
over
me,
and
picked
up
my
plate
all
while
going
back
and
forth
with
the
waiter.
I
had
to
pick
up
my
drink
and
move
it
to
avoid
it
from
spilling.
Due
to
the
confusion
about
my
order,
I
said
leave
the
steak
and
bring
the
grilled
onions,
bell
peppers
and
tortillas.
After
finishing
my
salad,
I
called
her
back
to
the
table
to
ask
where
my
grilled
veggies
were
and
she
said
she
didn’t
put
the
order
in
because
I
said
I
wanted
the
steak
-
something
I
did
not
say.
At
this
time,
I’m
waiting
an
extra
20
minutes
to
get
fajitas
that
were
ordered
45
minutes
ago.
She
took
the
steak
back,
purposefully
ignored
our
table,
and
was
just
unapologetic
and
unconcerned
about
the
mix
up.
And
then
while
I
was
eating
the
fajitas,
my
hand
was
dripping
with
meat
oil
since
the
fat
had
not
been
drained.
I
had
no
utensils
and
one
used
napkin.
I
had
to
call
another
waiter
to
get
a
fork.
The
dining
experience
was
horrible
to
say
the
least
so
I
complained
to
the
boss
about
the
wrong
food
order,
inattentiveness,
and
the
waitress’s
rudeness.
The
boss
called
Sharlyn
to
the
table
and
she
seemed
irritated
and
annoyed
so
I
asked
her
if
she
was
ok
and
she
said
yes
and
stormed
from
the
table.
The
boss
apologized
for
her
behavior.
After
we
finished
our
food,
we
sat
there
for
another
10
minutes.
I
again
had
to
call
Sharlyn
to
ask
for
the
cuenta
and
while
speaking
with
another
worker
she
pointed
at
me
(and
not
in
a
good
way)
but
I
was
more
appalled
when
I
received
the
cuenta
with
the
word
Moreno
on
it
and
I
wondered
why
was
Moreno
on
a
cuenta?
I
never
seen
this
on
any
cuenta
in
Veron,
Punta
Cana,
Bavaro,
Palenque,
Samana,
or
Bayaguana.
I
asked
the
boss
why
would
Moreno
be
on
a
bill
and
he
said
it
is
for
a
customer’s
description.
The
boss
said
the
table
next
to
us
would
have
“birthday
party”
on
the
cuenta
which
seems
reasonable
but
I’ve
never
seen
Moreno
or
a
customer
description
on
any
cuentas…really
weird
and
appears
racist
…but
I’m
sure
I
won’t
come
back
to
dine
at
this
specific
location
again.
But
for
the
food,
the
salad
lettuce
was
fresh
and
crisp.
The
steak
fajita
meat
was
seasoned
but
the
cheapest
cut,
extremely
fatty
and
oily.
The
tortillas
were
cold
as
was
the
Mr.
Manny’s
entrée
that
had
old
rice
and
tough
steak.
