The
reception
staff
were
very
helpful
and
friendly
but
they
kept
trying
to
sell
me
an
upgrade
to
a
better
room.
I
had
a
tour
of
the
room
and
the
upgrade
would
have
been
nice
but
I
declined
due
to
a
personal
situation.
The
staff
and
Moises
in
particular
were
very
nice.
He
was
willing
to
throw
in
breakfast
for
two
and
the
upgrade
as
well
to
an
even
better
room..
but
for
the
extra
40
USD
plus
a
bunch
of
taxes
and
fees
it
might
of
been
worth
it
considering
not
much
is
included
at
the
property.
In
the
end
I
chose
the
regular
room
it
still
had
a
decent
view
but
I
think
with
over
20
rooms
available
with
balcony
that
they
could
have
upgraded
me
to
one
of
those
rooms
on
a
lower
floor
at
least.
The
elevators
are
old
a
bit
of
a
pain
to
use.
Only
certain
elevators
seem
to
go
to
certain
floors.
The
pool
area
and
bar
at
the
pool
and
in
the
lobby
were
very
nice.
The
jacuzzi
was
very
pleasant
I
would
probably
go
back
to
enjoy
the
jacuzzi
again.
The
casino
and
breakfast
restaurant
looked
great
but
I
didn't
use
either.
I
like
the
small
art
gallery
on
the
floor
of
the
restaurant.
Hotel
is
within
walking
distance
of
the
theme
park
which
is
why
I
stayed
as
I
was
meeting
friends
for
an
event
at
the
park
I
walked
along
the
malecón
and
felt
safe.
I
appreciated
getting
my
two
IHG
gift
welcome
drinks.
I
felt
like
if
by
asking
for
my
benefits
I
was
asking
to
much.
Most
of
the
reception
staff
was
very
nice
but
there
seemed
to
be
a
lack
of
communication
between
staff
members
at
times.
