😐 There is a door which connect to the next room and anyone can hear everything. The room was not clean at all. The price is fair and the they have a good costumer service. People often mention great, price, water, room,

Great little place to stay. Nice ac break from the heat with a great location in the middle of the Colonial town. The rooms get cleaned every night. There are no lock boxes, and no hot water, but still bearable. I would recommend this

Excellent price, friendly and helpful staff. We booked on AirBNB. Stayed one night. A/C, hot water, television. Small room, moderately comfortable bed (we were exhausted), and well cleaned. Great location, and super picturesque spot. Stairs are narrow and uneven, but for the price, who cares?

This is a very bad place. I arrived here and they told me i need to pay $10 more then the booking even after taxes. Now it’s 6 pm and I’m walking around with my suitcase in the middle of no where looking for a hotel where I won’t be cheated. DO NOT STAY

Hotel Guarocuya was great, you cant ask for a lot since your getting what you paid for. If your planning on been out all day and go on tours then this is your place just to have a place to spend a night. bathroom didnt have a door and the shower didnt have a curtain but who really cares about this small things, bed is ok, ac unit was good, hot water and everything seem to work ok. The hotel is near everything and specially in the colonial zone wich is rich in spanish history, no parking lot but I always found parking in front of the Hotel.

Place has potential, cheap price and in a great location; however, it needs some work. Our sheets had to be changed after check in, bath did not have water pressure. They did mention that they are still remodeling so it may be better with time. Update: The manager refunded us our money without asking due to the issues.

We had the great pleasure of discovering this charming small, independent hotel in May of 2023. I did not give it five stars across the board, because it's a different experience than a super-expensive hotel. But we loved it--for a really reasonable price you get a perfectly clean, quiet room with a great private bath, super-comfortable beds, great light, in a super-central location, and warm hospitality from the proprietor. The ambience is relaxing. Five stars for value. In my book, it's a total winner.

It's ideal to have a safe room while you spend the rest of your day outside. They are very simple rooms but the ambiance is well put and aligned with the old city vibe. One has to admit the prices are very reasonable.

Room wasn't located in the beautiful main building but still a nice stay overal. Walls of room a bit damaged, but shower has hot water, towels and toilet paper renewed daily, all staff extremely friendly, location couldn't be anymore perfect : less than 10min walking distance from all points of interest.

They will take you "another", much lower quality hotel and not return you, your money. Scam.
