Excelente price for what comes. The cuts are not top quality imported cuts, but for the price you can't complain. Huge amounts of meats and 20 different add-ons is a great place to visit in a large group.

Good food, bad customer service. They had us waiting a lot of time, many people arrived and were served before us, however the food was ok.

The meat here is soooo goood! I tried this place on my recent trip to DR and I must say that I liked everything I got. Muy buena comida, clienta satisfecha!

Good food, good prices, but sometimes the service lacks soft skills. At first I was told there was no such thing as "extra cheese" for my burger, surprisingly it had extra cheese when it arrived.

The restaurant is at first glance, pretty underwhelming, basic tables and chairs, in a quiet back Street, but the BBQ food is really excellent and at scarcely believable prices. Tucked away in a mainly residential area this restaurant flies under the radar, but produces huge portions of grilled meats, churrasco, chicken, sausages etc plus vegetables at some of the keenest prices in SD. I have eaten much less impressive BBQs in much more expensive restaurants and frankly do not quite understand how they do it for the price. Service was friendly and brisk and overall well worth return visits.

Overall, I had a good time with friends. Only had snacks but it was good. Service could be better. Had to ask several times for something.

Poor Customer Service, meats are not cooked as requested. I personally had to go 3 times and explained to the Grill Master on how to cook our steak thoroughly. Servers don't come to your table often to check on drinks. Besides the overpriced cuts(for the place/ambient) they charged Customer a weird "Servicio Parrilla" on your check at a rate of RD$100 each. In my case they charged me that fee 5 Times. When I asked the server about it he said "I don't know, you need to check with them inside". When I asked again, then he said " Ohhh that's something they charge here to cook the meat". I was surprised 😮 that after been charged an already overpriced Cut, you also had to pay for them to grill it for you. Plus a 10% Service fee of the whole bill .So I am not sure if this is a supermarket or if this should be consider a Restaurant. Other than that their Fries where good.

This place has the best spot on taste on meat eating thus far in the whole capital, in relation to quality - taste - price. Unbeatable. On the other hand, the staff attendance could received some improvements to say the least, they were a bit disconnected, so I had to do extra to get exactly was I wanted it. For instance, I politely asked for a glass for my partners beer, but the lady brought plastic cups instead, which of course is not acceptable should you know how to serve a proper brew. Thereby, I had to ask again for an appropriate glass. This announce could have been avoided easily.

We went in a group of 10. Since it was noon time, they first had some difficulty to accommodate us inside. But then, everything worked out perfect. Everybody was more than happy with food, drinks and service. I just wished they had told us that portions are huge. We took a lot of meat home.

the food was good but the when it was time to pay was rode and unprofessional and implying that my credit card were not good o no say stolen and when I call the bank in front of her got very aggressive never coming back there or recommend it to anybody

Terrible customer servise. When you arribe you don't get anybody to help with the tables or nothing, they treat you like you ain't going there to pay with your money. I suggest you don't to waste your time going there. Btw there's a female server with a blond hair that has no clue of what a customer service is.
