Great experience and recommend. Modern, clean, good customer service, nice breakfast. Checked out of another nearby hotel early because it was so dirty. Checking into this place was such a relief. Thankful for comfortable stay. Had laundry cleaned and it was done super quick. Ordered room service and it was delicious. Knocked 1 star because there is some very minor upkeep that could be done (e.g., scuffs on walls). Would stay here again.

You cannot trust Sheraton Santos: before making the reservation I called asking about early check-in, considering I have a call at 11:00. It was informed that yes, it’s possible, based on availability. Reservation made, I called again and talked with Dayane, that said: early check-in ONLY after 1PM. So, You can not trust the information Sheraton provide by phone!!!

Incredible hotel and amazing staff! I stayed here for a long term stay. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were proactive and treated me excellently! Thank you Eduardo at the breakfast for always took care of me and my family. Food at breakfast, restaurant, and room service were all delicious. Clean hotel, great location, amenities, and rooms. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay amazing! I will definitely return!
