I’m an American who tried Fogo de Chão for the first time and loved it so much! The churrasco was very good and I recommend to try this place. The service was top notch and our waiters Ronaldo, Rodrigo, and Graciano served us very well! Would recommend to try this.

I went with my cousin because I wanted to see where my dad used to work 25 years ago. I knew it was good from what he told me but this place blew away my expectations. From the minute you step onto the property you feel like royalty. I didn't even make through the door before I was impressed. The salad bar had many great varieties to choose from. Everything from high quality cheese and Italian prosciutto to house made salads and hot side dishes. They have 18 high quality meats to choose from that come table side endlessly for you to enjoy. Our waiter Carlos really made my cousin and I feel like vip royalty and the manager Luis was amazing and personable as well. If your looking for high quality and great taste, this is the place to go. There is no better place to experience the Brazilian tradition of churrasco. I look forward to coming back the next time I'm in the area!

Great food, attentive service, and the staff speaks English. Also there is an endless supply of roasted garlic in the salad bar. After trying fogo de Chao in the USA, I wanted to try the Brazilian version and it did not disappoint.

I am a big fan of Fogo de Chão and normally would easily give a 5-Star rating. Unfortunately not this time... As I traveled from Europe and still in a different timezone, I felt hungry at 16:00 local time, so I was very pleased to see on Google maps that Fogo de Chão at Moema was open the whole day! When I arrived I was greeted with the hospitality I am used to. Waiters came by with my drinks and at regular intervals the meat was served at the table... Then, 45 minutes after I arrived, all the customers left and I was the only one left in the restaurant. Not only did the customers left, apperantly the meat servers left too! From this moment on I had to beg for more meat and all the hospitality I'm used to was gone as well...I understand that in Brazil people eat late lunches and late dinners. But, as a restaurant, don't pretend to be open all day and reduce service at non-peak hours. I haven't felt as not-welcome in a restaurant for a very long time. In the end I spent less than an hour in a place I normally spent 2 hours or more, ending up paying the same amount of money for half the meat and service I normally receive at Fogo de Chão. Very disappointed as a regular customer and very sorry to say that I will skip this place for a while.

Food was great as always but the service is really what makes this place shine! Simply amazing! Everyone across the board is super polite, always paying attention to any minimum movement to run and see what's needed, simply the best service. Cassiano was by far the best host, the entire staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our experience as high end as it gets. The food was so delicious, the ambiance amazing …but the staff and their hospitality was everything! They recommend the perfect local red that paired so nicely. They even ran over when I tried to refill our glasses, never letting us lift a finger. They continued to bring different deserts and topped it off with a delicious port wine…all local and from Brazil making our experience here so authentic. Thank you for making me and my boyfriend feel special! Don’t miss this place when you are in town :)

The service at this restaurant was top notch!! Cassiano, Marcelo, Lori, Lucas, Tadeu were all amazing!! By far the best food experience we had in Brazil for our stay!! At one point, one of the waiters rushed over just because he thought we might pour the wine ourselves. Talk about making someone feel special! It goes without saying the meats are great but the desserts are to die for!! Almost makes you upset you ate so much before having enough room for the sweets. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our last night in São Paulo!

You seriously get so much food here, it is ridiculous! I opted just for the bottom flank serve of beef and it was supposed to be only 10oz but the servings did not stop! Friendly service and the salad bar is something out of a dream - anything you could want or desire is there!

Just arrived from Australia and my partner and I had a great time at fogão do chão. Great food with many options to choose according to your needs. The services were good as well. The team, Carlos, Graciano and Anderson helped us with everything.

Yesterday I invited a group of people there and served them with, and the waiters ripped me off by proposing insistingly and pouring most expensive alcohol there. In the end I was shocked about the bill. I think I’ll never go there again because of their hidden attitude to manipulate people out there.

Rodrigo and Thiago were amazing, food was excellent and the buffet to die for. Would have loved a bit more variety in the cuts of meat (a lot of repeated items), but when everything is as good as it was, it is hard to fault at all.

Disappointing especially given the high price. The buffet has a lot fewer options than other restaurants (no sushi or pasta for example). The meat choices are also limited; very little chicken, and no chicken hearts, which is a churrascaria classic. The servers do not wear masks and talk very close to your face.
