a
catastrophe
with
an
arrogant
and
incompetent
staff
member.
The
suite
was
only
half
ready..
glasses,
cubs
were
missing
and
I
had
to
engage
the
hotel
manager
to
finally
get
this
issue
fixed.
It
took
2,5
hrs.
The
next
day
the
room
was
not
done
by
house
keeping
and
again
I
had
to
engage
the
manager.
I
am
under
the
impression
the
hotel
chain
has
too
much
money
already
and
is
not
interested
in
service
anymore
or
they
simply
do
not
like
foreigners
in
their
place.
I
have
been
a
loyal
guest
fro
10
years
now,
this
was
my
last
stay
and
I
can
really
NOT
recommend
this
hotel
anymore,
because
the
service-
excuse
my
English
-
really,
really
sucks
for
the
price
they
charge
