check in was a catastrophe with an arrogant and incompetent staff member. The suite was only half ready.. glasses, cubs were missing and I had to engage the hotel manager to finally get this issue fixed. It took 2,5 hrs. The next day the room was not done by house keeping and again I had to engage the manager. I am under the impression the hotel chain has too much money already and is not interested in service anymore or they simply do not like foreigners in their place. I have been a loyal guest fro 10 years now, this was my last stay and I can really NOT recommend this hotel anymore, because the service- excuse my English - really, really sucks for the price they charge

The worst hotel where I have ever been. The first room that was given to me had a water leakage at the water close base, so the room was changed. The second room was extremely cold with no way to change the temperature fixed and not changeable at 19°C. The personnel of the hotel was not collaborative at all. Be careful before booking this hotel.

This hotel seems to me to have had better times. It must have been very luxurious some years ago but now seems a little outdated. Breakfast is excelent, location is good with plenty of dining options at walking distance. Rooms are ok but some renovation is needed.

This hotel looks very fancy! It has a nice lobby and nice rooms! Everything's clean and neat great service at the door. It has valet parking. There was a bit of a mix up with the room and the check-in took a long time, but otherwise It was great.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, good service, but too noisy due to low passing aircraft. Internet was not available all the times and can be slow.

Good location and great staff. There was some mold in the bathroom, we found some hair in the towels, the beds weren't comfortable, and the hotel is super crowded for breakfast.

A nice and cozy hotel to stay in. The rooms and spacious and comfortable, i only wish they added some more amenities in the bathroom. The restaurant is tasty and room service is excellent. The hotel is located just near a shopping mall too.

Huge complex! Always busy... Easy to reach. Car park with valets.

Amazing everything - location, rooms, service. There was a little hiccup during check in -- our room wasn't ready when it should have been. They took ownership of the issue, and did everything and more (far beyond anything we expected) to make it right. The entire staff was super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We were traveling with our kids and they made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast has a lot of variety, really good. Their restaurant is great.
