This is a bare-bones efficiency type lodging. The rooms are small but efficiently laid out and they work well. Some of the rooms have a double bed with a single bunk on top which is great for families traveling with a child, or others traveling in a group. It's very clean the staff are friendly and it's very well located near public transportation and next door to an outstanding shopping mall with a food court and three fabulous restaurants on the roof. In addition it's a very walkable neighborhood.

I really liked my stay. The price was high in my opinion compared to other ibis budget i have stayed in, particularly when comparing services. Pros: excellent location. The room is small, but serviceable. If has a shower (good pressure) separated from the toilet, so I guess it can be shared more easily. The basin in the room was comfortable to use. The sheets were clean and the room clwsbing service good. The view from high floors is very nice. Breakfast servive is nice. Con: few amenities. No shampoo or blowdryer. There is not even a small bhottle of water. No place to store clothes besides a few hangers. Little space for a suitcase. The keycard worked randomly and I had to had it reset several times. Internet connection is pretty poor. The hotel could not do currency exchange. The service was a little slow sometimes, which should not be an issue, but because annoying to wait every time my card was not working. Overall, I would go again if I had the chance. The location was very comfortable and alt thought it was expensive, it was a pleasant stay.

We arrived September 14-2021. We also stay at this IBIS when we have a stop over in São Paulo. It’s a budget hotel , it has everything you need for a overnight stay. The room was clean , the bed was comfortable. 👍 They have 24 hr coffee in the lobby with also a simple selection of snacks.👍 They also have overnight security 👍👍 There is also a outdoor seating area i front of the hotel for smoking 👍 A nice luncheonette across the street which opens up at 0600 hrs , that has reasonable prices. The only inconvenience I found was the constant interruption with the free WiFi.

A budget hotel at convenient location. The room is small but clean and comfortable. The staff speak good English. We arrived very early in the morning and our check in time was supposed to be at 14:00. The staff already let us check in to an available room. It really saved us from our tiring travel.

Got the job done. Tiny rooms and a bit rough around the edges but at $R300/nite it's hard to beat for a quick overnight trip. Staff friendly, especially the late nite guy with the Ramones t-shirt. Solid buffet breakfast for $R26.

HORRIBLE! Don't stay here! I've booked a day hotel cause I need to work and I've informed front reception. She even offered me a quiet place in the hotel as the whole point of my staying was for me to work. Guess what? NO INTERNET! They've called a technician to my room and he said - Yeah looks like we have an internet problem... So I went back to the front desk and said I wanted my refund> Jessica the manager was really unhelpful she was rude and said to me. As you booked with a 3rd party you have to liaise with them. I've replied Well you got the money, otherwise you'd not let me in? My stay lasted for 30 min and it was the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I've ever had. Poor standards and no internet. We're in 2022 and the Hotel is situated in a noble area in Sao Paulo - No internet? She could at least told me when checking in? But of course she wouldn't they might as well try to keep the money.

Safe location and easy to get to most things in the city. However rooms are quite small. Also there is a charge if you want to leave your bags before check in. There is also a charge if you want early check in, even though it was clear that there were rooms that were available. We had some difficulty checking in as staff didn't speak much English but they still tried to be helpful which was good. Plenty of choices for breakfast.

This is a budget hotel first and foremost. With that being said it’s lacking some basic hotel amenities. There’s no mini fridge at all, which is not a deal breaker, but not great. A/C is very old, cools well, but made me wonder how often they clean the filters. Bed was comfortable, not memory foam topper but decent. Shower has good pressure and enough heat, that’s a plus. Now, the internet is utterly useless. Comes on and off, you cannot work from this location! The TV uses the hotel Wi-Fi as well, so you see where I’m going here. I ended up spending a small fortune buying chips to use my Brazilian phone as a router. If you need a night of rest, this is it for you, but if you need to work, I would look elsewhere.

Location is Good but rooms are very small. Quite expensive considering IBIs at other locations. Many restaurants nearby. Indian restaurant- Reet Namastey is 800 mtrs.

The best hotel in Brazil that i was been. I really recommend, the stuff are kindness and helpful. The room is a little closer, but big enough to feel like home

Attendants are super attentive. The receptionist Meg gave us great food suggestions near the Ibis . The rooms are standard Ibis , comfortable bed and clean room . Has no shampoo in the room. There isn't hair dryer too, but you can ask at reception free of charge . I found the weak air conditioning, but as it was not hot , we do not use . But if in the summer , I suggest you test the room. I suggest the upper floors , the view pays off for the wait of the elevators that are very requested. The location is great . It has a bus stop in front and there is a 15-minute walk from the subway from Paulista Avenue . Good dining options in Pamplona Street , which is next to the Hotel.

Unfortunately, I can't say it was a good experience. It was pretty under my expectation. Starting from the fact that even though I had made my check in online, when I got into the hotel, I was told that the only available room was featured for people with special needs. I have no problemas with that and nothing against, but to be honest, I did feel quite uncomfortable about it considering the fact that more than making my reservation, I had already made the check in - which by all means that the hotel was not organized at all. I accepted that without any complaining though. Nevertheless, besides the fact that I didn't like that there was no room service provided by the hotel at all, at midnight, when I had already fallen asleep, the alarm went off crazily. I got so nervous thinking that something awful had happened, and it took awhile until the alarm stoped, so when it finally did stop, I called the reception, which took a long time to pick up the phone, and when they finally answered it, with not much consideration, they simply and calmily informed me that it happened because of some shower got so much hot that when it produced some steam, it caused the alarm going off. That sounded so horrible to me, not only the way that I was informed, sounding like a simple: "never mind", to the fact that such a simple and stupid reason made all that unnecessary noise. Very disappointed. Summing up, I will never stay in that hotel again, it was a bad experience.

Rooms are a bit small, but there's a lot of comfort and it's a reliable place.

Nice Clean Hotel. Absolutely no frills. Just a bed and shower. They offered late checkout until 18:00 for 90 BRL and since I had an international outbound this was perfect for me on my last night. Bed was comfortable but in a bunk style which was interesting. Staff were fantastic and they had a great mini-shop in the lobby. Plenty of places to eat close-by. Shopping center was 3 mins walk.

Broken air conditioning system affected the two rooms offered. Not a great experience.
