I then commented that it would be interesting for her to inform me at the time of scheduling that it would be someone else who would assist, at that moment Lúcia became visibly irritated and replied that if I wanted I could leave and get my nails done with whoever I wanted, so after that response I was not I felt more comfortable staying there because she was treating me badly from the moment I asked if I wouldn't get my nails done with her. I believe that the information should be clear, especially if it's the person's first time at that establishment, in other salons I've been to I'm always informed in advance about who will assist me.
