They were good until the moment I requested a transfer to another professional for personal reasons. The clinic owes me an amount and Doctor Maria do Socorro refuses to return the money and even the Invisalign treatment plates, which have already been paid to her!!! They are so dishonest that Align itself involuntarily made the transfer because the lady mentioned above refused to make the transfer to the new professional in a friendly manner, just as a normal professional would do. I don't see any professionalism. I don't recommend it due to the lack of ethics and professionalism. I have never experienced such embarrassment.
