他の低評価レビューも理解できます。実際私が一番つらい時期、耐えられなくなって、事前に電話した上で半飛び込みで診療してもらいましたが、「今日来ても何もできませんよ!」と強く言われました。弱っているときに、あれはダメージになりました。
ただ、診療は根拠に基づいた合理的論理的なもので、知識も相当豊富な方だと思います。
いま思えば、だから「何もできない」と言われたのかと。(まぁ「ただ薬を増やすことは不適当」「もう少し辛抱できませんか?」と優しく言ってくれたら嬉しかったですが(笑))
というのも、1つ前にかかっていたところは、一般的な薬も辞書で調べながらの処方(その辞書の上には何故か小学館の国語辞典が載ってました)。初診以降は全く話を聞かずに30秒で帰らせようとします。辞書引いてカルテを書く待ち時間が一番長いです。比較対象にもなりません。
2つ前は関東ですが、優しく話を聞いて、都度薬を調整してくれたものの、結果的に薬だらけになりました。
話を戻し、いま、ともメンタルクリニックに通っており、確実に快方へと向かっています。
正直、胡先生のおかげか、時間の経過のおかげか、環境改善の影響かは分かりません。
でも感謝しています。
それから、医学も医師も万能ではなく、ましてやメンタルともなれば「探りながら」でしょう。通院先を変えて低評価を付けられている方、共感できる点も正直多いものの、「前のところでダメだった」と新しいところで言えば、当然違う診療から試みるでしょうし、そうなれば確率的に「正解」に近づくのも当たり前なのかと思ってしまいます。なので、ともメンタルクリニックが悪いとは一概に言えないと思います。
