Many wonderful dishes. A highly recommended shop with great customer service and great value for money. In particular, the dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients and the sukiyaki are exquisite.

I came to Hokkaido (to Sapporo?) to support the Hokkaido Meiji Cup. Even though it's in Sapporo, why do people visit this long-established restaurant in Susukino even though it's in Osaka? Delicious😋 The sweetness of the corn was so delicious that I couldn't finish it, so I ended up eating it.

Visited in November 2021. It was very delicious. Chateaubriand cutlet sandwich was the best. I want to try the famous “Tomato Sanbai Vinegar” at home...lol I would like to stop by again when I go to the gourmet kingdom of Sapporo.

It was delicious, but I felt like it was just meh. I remember it being more delicious in the past... The cost performance is not good if it has this taste and alcohol.

店内の天婦羅専用部屋でコースをいただきました、料理の感想としては値段が安いのでこんなもんでしょう〆の炊き込みご飯は面白いと思うしデザートの蕨もちも粋だと感じました、店主も若くまだまだ伸びそうな感じがしました。

It's not cheap. Let's bring more than 10,000 each. However, the quality of the food, the taste of the ingredients, and the cooking method are as expected. This is worth paying for. Do they all taste the same like others have said? There was something like that, but this taste was not available to ordinary people, so I groaned as I ate it. That's how delicious everything is! The customer service is of course a high-end restaurant, so the atmosphere is pleasant and you don't get any unpleasant impressions. It's perfect for entertaining. This time I had the course, but the individual items didn't seem to be too expensive, so it was a restaurant that I would like to visit again with Yukichi!

The Furano beef A5 rank grilled sukiyaki was exquisite. The other dishes were all excellent dishes that showed the careful work put into them. It's a very calm space that will make you forget the hustle and bustle of Susukino.

My home is in Ginza, so I go to a sushi restaurant in Ginza every day, but this time I visited Plaat on a business trip. The general’s personality and talk are the best😀 I was very happy that my daughter knew so much about wine, and of course she was very satisfied with the selection. It's in the same store, but is there a tempura zone? I had a wonderful time there.

First omasake experience and this restaurant has set a high bar for whatever that will come next. The chef and his sous chef tried to explain the dishes in English so we at least know what we are having. The service is superb. Upon knowing one of us does not take beef, the chef immediately prepared something else. And what amazed me the most was when they said they will make onigiri from the pot of salmon rice that we were unable to finish! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try Omakase with a good balance of cooked and raw food.

Probably the best restaurant meal we had in Hokkaido, everything was prepared so skilfully but not pretentiously. Variety of cooked and raw food, the chef really knew how to bring out the flavours of the ingredients! He’s also friendly and tried his best to explain the dishes in english. Had the ~ 15000 yen omakase set and booked on pocket concierge.

The chef is very enthusiastic. Despite the language barrier, he explained the ingredients carefully. The food itself is also rich and delicious. A very pleasant dining experience.
