I visited for the first time in a long time for the Sapporo International Art Festival. There was an event and over 200 people gathered. I felt that the number of restrooms was small compared to the size of the facility.

The location is an art museum located in the art forest 😊 I have visited many times, but this time I went to the Ryusuke Fukahori exhibition 😊 The world of goldfish gave me a very mysterious and soothing feeling 😊 The goldfish drawn using a unique method were so realistic that they looked like they were about to start moving at any moment, which really moved me 😊

I came to see the Ryusuke Fukahori exhibition. It was very nice. I was impressed to be able to see the process of evolution year by year from a flat surface. I was impressed to see how things changed to three-dimensional objects from around 2009 and 2010! On the way back, I took a walk around the area and the autumn leaves were beautiful. It was a good day.

It was my first time going there, but it was so vast that I couldn't get around it all in one go. The weather was nice that day, perfect for a walk. It was an event for people who had been interested in it for a while, so I enjoyed it.

The current special exhibition is "Future Park" by the digital art group teamLab. It consists of 4 "rooms", a corridor with projection mapping of flower animals. The second and fourth are sketch rooms, you can color in an animal or fish, have it scanned and it will be projected onto the walls. The third room is an illuminated ball room. The whole exhibition can be in 90 minutes, even with children. I went on a Friday and when I left at 15.30 there was no queue but if you can buy tickets in advance, do so.

Located in a location rich in nature, you will be surrounded by the forest as soon as you get off the parking lot. You will walk past Takeo Arishima's red house to the museum, looking at the wild birds and pond. There are a variety of craft experience events, and the open-air museum is also worth seeing, so on a nice day you won't get bored even if you stay there all day. Don't forget to have tea at Takeo Arishima's house on the way back 😊

I wish people who go to the museum would be exempt from parking fees.

I went to teamLab. I went to the Tokyo event a few years ago, but it was about half the size and half the money. I think it was better than Tokyo. only this? However, I felt that Tokyo was more crowded and I couldn't see anything, I had to wait, it was small, and the price was much higher. I think younger students will enjoy it more, but since the footage is basically in a dark place, it might hurt their eyesight. Be careful of lost children. Furthermore, the Art Museum is far from Kita Ward. I couldn't bring myself to go there. Perhaps because the ticket this time was from 9:30, there was no traffic jam on that single road.

I recently watched the work of goldfish artist Ryusuke Fukahori, which was broadcast on TV. The three-dimensional effect is amazing, and you can see his works from the past to the present👍 I hope you can enjoy his unique worldview! However, in addition to the entrance fee, there is also a fee to enter the park. Parking fee 🅿️I think 500 yen is expensive💨

TeamLab exhibition - 2023.8.2 I can't judge the museum, only this exhibition but it was a huge disappointment. If you have children, it may be fun for them but it is still really expensive for such a tiny place. The experience with the drawings are twice the same. Nothing to really feel, listen or enjoy. It's not comparable to TeamLab in Tokyo and I would have appreciated to be warned of before entering.
