I have booked Non-Smoking room, but when we arrived, we just got Smoking-Room. Very darn it !! And very disappointend

I was very happy with my stay here. The room was clean and modern, the internet was reasonably fast, the breakfast on offer wasn't half bad, and the public bath was convenient and clean. Overall very satisfactory. Rate was ~9500 yen per night which included breakfast, but it varies from day to do.

Breakfast buffet was a mix of Japanese and fusion. Public bath with indoor tub was spacious and clean. Lawson right beside the lobby. 3mins walk from susukino station exit 4. Convenient location with food within walking distance (across the street or down the block). Semi-double room sufficient for a couple. Reception on the 5th floor. Free wifi available, good signal in the room and dining area.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was very clean daily. The staff were very friendly & professional especially the lobby people.

Nice and clean, located central in de Susukino district near bars and restaurants.

Room was big. Had to wait long for a lift to come each time I used.

Great location, near the shopping arcade, restaurant, and public transport.

We stayed at the 7th floor for about nine days, every day we passed by around room 724 ,the air ventilation pervades the strong cooking smells…when we opened the door, the cooking smell also went into the room. Hope the hostel could deal with this problem.
