Baby amenities including the baby diaper bin is a thumbs up. They also had the diaper changing station and baby chair at the public bath. Breakfast was really nice.

Vessel hotel overall was very good. ROOM: Very roomy for the price, lots of space, and very clean. LOCATION: The location is a little further from what is considered Sapporo downtown, so you have to walk around 10 mins to get into the the main areas of interest, but it wasn't too bad. The only problem was that we were in town during winter time and it is quite difficult to walk through the snow and wind sometimes SERVICE: Service was good, but if you're American or foreign, they don't really speak that much english. They do you have these nifty little translators on hand though, so it's not an issue, it just takes longer to communicate with them. EXTRAS: The Breakfast is freaking amazing. You absolutely have to either pre-purchase their breakfast when you book, or just pay on site. See the photos I have attached; the amount of choices and the quality of food is SO GOOD.

This hotel was ideal for me as solo traveller. Great location, clean and spacious for Japanese hotel standards. Room has bath robes to use in the public bath, hair dryer and sandals. The shared bath was a standout. Cold and hot bath with sauna and lockers. Many places to sit in front of a mirror after bath with skin products and Dyson air wraps. Everything looked quite modern and I liked the style of the rooms. The lobby Breakfast is also convenient and quite decent 6-10am last entry 9:30am. I think it's decent but if you want to eat early here or the nearby Nijo market is only decent options I found. Most of staff understand English, service was good Will stay here again if I'm back in hokkaido

Rooms were modern and clean, only thing is we asked for a crib and a baby tub, front desk said they didn't have anything for a baby but when we look at the hotel guide, it said they provided cribs.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, well worth the 2300 yen for unlimited food, which included salmon eggs, crab, and lamb! As for the room, it fulfilled all my basic needs without any problems.

Customer service was very bad. The check in process took forever. The system also has errors. Not kid’s friendly. Not recommended for family with children.

Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet - lots of different options although I didn't know people ate kaisen-don for breakfast. If you open the window you can hear the trains rumbling by and people talking from the street and we were on the 7th floor.

Great environment. Room space is moderate but thats how most hotel room is in Japan Sparkling clean and thoughtful design Opt to pay a little extra for breakfast and get pamper with amazing selection and taste Front desk and breakfast place service staff were all super helpful and friendly. Ms Shiozawa was very helpful on assisting us for a bus reservation to Niseko. A lady which I didn't catch her name (hostess at breakfast) even help us for the direction to get a bus too airport because I mentioned we need to take ski bus from airport. Love the amenities in the room and there is a complimentary hot tub within hotel. Dyson hairdryer to impress if that's your catch Would love to be back if I ever comes to sapporo again

A very nice warming hotel in the heart of Susukino, an area at Sapporo with almost anything you'd ever want and need for a perfect holiday. The hotel has a separate large public bath for men and women, with sauna inside. Towels are provided at the bath so you need not bring anything from your room, which is very convenient compared to dormy inn. The place itself is very new, with almost everything decor'ed as wood, which really gives comfort and peace after a long day outside. If you come during winter snowing season, book a ski trip to Teine Ski Center from the concierge. It cost only 37k yen for two people all inclusive: pick up and deliver from/to hotel by designated taxi, ski or snowboard sets with gloves and goggles also; you practically need not bring anything there except scarf & mask. It comes with a 6-hour lift ticket as well. It's cheaper and much more convenient then going by bus. Btw, I didn't try the breakfast but I heard it's amazing. Don't quote me, though. Awaiting for hotel side's default response/comment... 😅

Great new hotel, very clean and stylish. Onsen is simple and nice (hot and cold baths and sauna room). Breakfast is a little expensive but great offering with fresh seafood. Favorite budget hotel and highly recommend.

Location is good. Room a bit small but sufficient for travellers. Relative new hotel with plenty of power points for charging your devices. The breakfast is fantastic. The staff are simply marvelous.

The Vessel hotel Campana Susukino is simply divine! My family enjoyed our stay in a superior triple room that was clean, stylish and quiet. Located on the top floor with a great view and plenty of space. The hotel provides free toiletries found near the front desk on arrival, welcome drinks from 2pm until 11pm. The onsen located on level 2 was amazing and has all the ammenities needed such as towels, toiletries, cold water, lockers and Dyson hair dryers. Also, on level 2 you will find coin operated laundry facilities and multiple vending machines. The hotel is a short walk to the streetcar (tram) around the corner and Susukino underpass. Seven eleven and Lawsons is across the road from the hotel.

Spacious and clean rooms. Great breakfast spread and I love how clean and comfortable the public bath is. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will stay in this hotel again whenever we come to Sapporo!

Definitely an unforgettable stay experience! Best part: kids are free to stay (shared bed) and dine (breakfast)! Food: Impressed by the freshness of local food materials from seafood to dairy to vegetables served at breakfast buffet. Grapes, honeyberry juice, and apple juice... oh I wished I could bring them along all day lol! Service: You can opt-out room cleaning service in exchange of 500 JPY per day’s convenient store cash card but I kind of regret opting out. I saw how their staff meticulously vacuuming air humidifier’s air filter so 500 JPY for the effort cleaning the whole room must be a super deal! Amenities: The public bath features hot and cold baths and provides much roomier space (than hotel room’s) if you prefer to brush your teeth there. Tooth brush, toothpaste, facial lotion, hair tonic, shaving cream, cotton butt, and dyson hair blowers are provided! Hope to experience their other locations in Kyoto, Nagoya, and Okinawa soon!

Seems like a new hotel. Rooms are large and spacious, with comfortable beds. Shower and bath tub are also good. Onsen is available, and by all accounts is very well maintained, and high standard (I didn't try it but my mate I was traveling with used it twice).
