I paid 3 TIMES the standard rate between 14 Nov and 17 Nov due to Arashi (嵐) Anniversary Tour.  I immediately booked the last capsule available however a minute later, a new inventory (5F initially catered for mens) opened with 9 capsules available for ladies, at a much lower rate (a difference of JPY1,500.00!)!  I am certainly not impressed by such sales tactics. I had to check out by 1000hrs and re-check in at 1500hrs for the last night.  I eventually cancelled it and stayed at Dormy Inn Annex at SGD48.00 (!).  If I did not "demand" to stay in the same capsule, I might have to recheck out and recheck in 3 TIMES for a 5-night stay :( 4F, 5F and 6F comes with 57 capsules each, 4 wash basins and 3 washlets (have to queue!).  It was always noisy in the capsules, even at wee hours due to inconsideration and uncivilisation guests. Heater was on and each capsules comes with a very thick and heat-generated blanket (when the heater was on?).  It was always very stuffy and hot, even at the wash area and I perspired even with a thin layer of pajamas.. Access (card) was denied not once but twice for the entire stay and the housekeeper even mistook the private towel which I have placed aside.. For improvement.. - last check-in at 2200hrs.  Else assign late comers to a section with late comers' capsules. - lights completely turn off at 2300hrs as guests love to pack at wee hours, even inside its capsules :( The only reason that I'd revisit is the lovely hot spa at B1 (it comes with 2 private showers for the ladies, includes guests on 3F).

Very nice and clean new style capsule hotel, their bed size is bigger than old style capsule. Hot springs also good.

Nice experience! I slept well in this cabin for 2 nights. Spacious vertically as you can even stand inside.. Not sure if it is normal but there were people bringing someone to sleep with them. Breakfast is pretty normal.

Easily the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at! The best part was the public bath, which had multiple different hot tubs and a sauna. Everything was extremely clean, and they provide slippers, pajamas, and a change of bedding every night.

This was the perfect location for visiting the Snow Fest! The staff were friendly, the rooms and facilities were clean. The onsen was awesome after long days walking through cold, snowy Sapporo. There's a 711 immediately under the hotel. My one complaint is that the rooms are very warm at night. To the point where I felt like I was sweating trying to fall asleep. There was no moving air in the capsule, so it just felt stuffy and hot. Still, for the price and location, I would definitely stay here again. Also, a very kind woman who was working at the front desk helped me call a company to cancel another reservation I had made for a ferry I could no longer take. Thank you for translating for me!

Most affordable and comfortable place to stay at. Walking distance to everything in the city, right next to the walkway's exit.

Great location, good service and cleaning, good public showers, good working area, good bed. Would be 5 stars if priced below 3000 yen per day but i paid 3900.

Despite my initial confusion on how to access it, it turns out to be literally a minute away from Odori station, which in turn is 1 station away from JR Sapporo Station. I am staying in a Deluxe Cabin which is like a Hostel Room with minimal Privacy, featuring a Desk with Drawers, a Semi-Double Bed and a Key Lock Storage space beneath the bed, about a Large/Luggage Type Carry-on and a backpack. There is a Lavatory, Laundry and Iron on Each Floor and Free Amenities at the Front Desk. They do require guests to not be in the room from 10-3 for cleaning if staying multiple nights, although you can request to not have it cleaned.

Great location, walls are somewhat soundproofed except the opening. Note that they do not allow those with tattoos into the shared baths!

Booked the deluxe cabin and it fits my need. Stayed here for 1 night, and everything as expected (only if you can tolerate the snoring neighbor). Public area, smoking corner, convenient store, and bathing area are plus point...

For a quick and affordable stay in the city this place has become one of my top choices. I mostly stay out and only need a place to stay for a night or two. The place is clean and the public bath is good to relax after a whole day out. Amenities are available including pajamas which I prefer.

Amazingly rich buffet-like breakfast that's well worth the price, alongside very satisfying hot baths in the basement, incredible accommodations that the hotel is willing to offer, and rooms with enough privacy to let you sleep properly at night.

Best capsule hostel ever. The cabin was standalone, meaning that it is not stacked. The public bath was great. The only drawback is that the storage space under the bed is too small for most medium luggages.

No buffet style breakfast during the state of emergency, which was a little disappointing. Apart from that I am satisfied with my stay. Finnish style sauna, private cabin both were great.

It was pretty nice that staff learned some Polish words to greet me at the hotel. I really appreciate that. Perfect localisation, well organised place. Pure pleasure, I had great stay at Gardens Cabin (it was my first place to sleep during my first trip to Japan ever and I have only positive thoughts about this place)

The place was clean and spacious most especially the bed which also includes your own tv and they will provide headphones too. It also had public bath and private shower. The only thing i didnt like, when you check out you cannot stay in the lounge area. Even the luggage had a time limit for storing when you check out.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Check in - very easy, the staff were all helpful and there is an option for self check in too. Room/cabin - it is so cozy and the space is just right for those who do not seek a spacious room. The bed was really comfortable with TV, adjustable lights, comforter, 3 built in charging ports. Really confortable and quiet in the cabins. Bathroom - very clean. The shower area is located in the basement near the onsen area. They provide sleeping clothes, slippers, toothbrush, towel, comb and razor. Extra towel is charged if you need a new one. The common lounge is really big. Its a good place to rest and eat. Onsen area - its smaller but its just right. They have a sauna room, reclining bath, hot bath, warm bath and cold bath. Will definitely come back here and recommend to future travelers, family and friends.
