The drink bar and other facilities are good, and the people at the counter are nice, but when I ordered food, the person who brought it to my room came into my room without knocking, which surprised me. I don't like people opening the door while I'm singing, so it's really annoying when people come in without knocking, and the way the food is placed is also sloppy. Everything was rough. The facility itself may be good, but the service is not good.

The underground entrance is right in front of Sapporo Station, making it easy to access. The izakaya (Rakuzo, Umeko no Ie) on the upper floor is also run by Daiichi Kosho. Since the karaoke store is run by the DAM company, all the models are from the Live Dam series. A recommended restaurant if you want to sing at DAM. The glasses at the drink bar are always clean and pleasant. Student discounts are available, but if you don't declare it, you may end up paying the regular rate, so be careful.

I was taken to a room where the air conditioning was currently out of order. I caught a glimpse of a laminated A4 sheet of paper on one of the checkout counters stating that there were rooms without air conditioning. However, there was no guidance from the staff. I thought that if I was going to let customers through, I should let them know in advance. (There was a machine in the room that blows air) The floor was sticky and my shoes felt stuck to it, making it uncomfortable. The food menu was also dirty. And I think it was a coincidence, but I couldn't even use the terminal to order food. (The touch did not respond) I had an order, so I informed the counter and ordered, but there was no apology, and there was no response from the machine in particular. Next time, I'll have to ask over the phone. At this time of year, it was quite painful to sing karaoke in a closed room with no air conditioning in the heat. Are they still using the room during the day? I don't know when it will be repaired, but I'm worried that someone will get heatstroke. I have no complaints so far, but I gave this rating because I was able to use a larger room for two people when it was crowded. However, it's not cheap compared to others, so if the contents are like this, I'll go to another karaoke next time.

Usage fees are high. Maybe it has something to do with location. You have to order one drink, but the drinks are also quite reasonably priced.

I went there for the first time and spent 4 hours with 3 people and it cost about 14,000 yen. I'm surprised you do that much I can't use one microphone, and I can't use one to record songs. What is this? Well, maybe not next time.

The store is a little old and you have to go down the stairs to the basement, which is a little inconvenient, but the staff was very helpful and helpful.

One of the favourite places to sing karaoke in Japan. Everywhere you go in Japan, yo uare bound to see a Big Echo. In my opinion it has one of the smartest technology that is able to grade your singing as well as predict the amount of calories that you had burn singing.

I rented it for telework, but it is not recommended for telework because cell phone reception is difficult.

The staff's attitude was very bad. Can I use my insurance card instead of my student ID? When I asked him that, he said something like "No, that's lol" and I was like 😥.
