シメの焼きうどんが食べたくて立ち寄りました。 すすきの近辺はタレを後付けで食べる生ラムのジンギスカンが主流ですが、こちらは味付け肉にタレを先付けで食べるスタイル。 道民が家で食べるスタイルのジンギスカンのお店ですね。 食べ放題、飲み放題も選べたけど、うどんがメインだったので2989セットにしました。 一人でビール片手にうどんも食うならならこの量で大抵の方は腹一杯になるはず。 肉はサッと焼いて食べると柔らかくて美味しい。 肉を食ってる間に煮込んどいたモヤシとうどんを絡めて食うと美味いです。 お好みで生卵にくぐらせてすき焼きみたいにして食ってもマイルドで美味い。 焼き方について親切に教えていただけるのはありがたいですが、同じ説明を2回聞くと辛いので説明が必要か事前に確認いただけるとありがたい。 それと喫煙所がないからタバコは外で吸えと言われましたが、外に灰皿はないので吸えないなら吸えないと言っていただけると助かります。 吸わないと死ぬわけではないので正しい情報だけが欲しいです。

ああっちこっち店を探していたが、どれでもランチを営業していなかったため、この店に入った。 大盛り特上ラムを注文した。味付けの肉はラム肉の味が無くなった。 加えて野菜がタレをつけて、 塩っぱい、焦げる匂いしかなかった。 これは焼肉か？煮る肉か？ジンギスカンじゃないと思う。 二度と来ない

Waiter sat us down, turned the fire to medium, and left. In Japan you don’t question the chef, so we thought that’s how it’s done so we start grilling. The sugar from the marinade started turning into charcoal within a minute, we half of our order were bitter and near inedible. We asked the waiter to change the grill. I looked around and noticed 1. Everyone’s grill was on low heat 2. The waiters were helping every other table cook their food. Once we turned the flame down as low as it can go we were able to finish the second half of our order without them burning. Look, if it’s supposed to be cooked on low heat, tell us, don’t just turn ours too hot and leave. In Japanese restaurants messing with the food is not encouraged, so of course two geijins are going to not know what to do. And after you noticed the first grill charred to the face of hell, maybe let us know as you bring over the new grill? The meat when properly cooked tastes like Korean BBQ with too much ginger. Just skip this from your list, go find a sushi place with 4.0+ stars, and enjoy a 10X better meal for the same price.

Great BBQ lamb, deliciously marinated and juicy.

Delicious lamb and veges! We booked in advance via google on a Saturday at 11am. The food was great and the portion was just nice for us, not too much. We spent about 1,700 yen each and with 3 premium lamb which is lamb thighs and regular lamb which is lamb shoulder. Both were great! It was a really good experience! And you can pay by card!

Came here for lunch and had a set for 1680 yen. It included 3 kinds of lamb, veggies, salad, rice, miso, an egg for dipping, a drink, and a yogurt dessert. I thought the value was great! The waitress was very helpful. I really enjoyed the meal. I'm not an expert on Genghis Khan but I thought it was delicious!

Taste was ok.

I heard this was a famous restaurant. I can understand why. It was good.

すき焼き風ジンギスカンなのでジンギスカン嫌いでも確実に美味しく食べることが出来る店。 ここより美味しい店は確かにあるが、ジンギスカンの良い部分も悪い部分も濃いタレで消しているので苦手意識を持つこと無く食べることが出来るのは良いと思う。 ジンギスカン嫌いな人ほど苦手意識を払拭するために行った方が良い店。 提供も早いしサービスも良いので北海道ジンギスカン初心者なら間違いなくこの店で体験してから自分で美味しい店を開拓していくことをおすすめします。 人気店なので予約は絶対にした方が良いです。
