Shoes section is waste of space. Cutlery and cosmetics are finest section. Vegetables are good fruits are not. Frozen food section has wide range of products. Meat section is for people who have sky high patience lavel. Bakery is just fine. Checkout area has its own convenience, few in que. Staff is cooperative usually but less during rush hours.

Imtiaz Faisalabad is the worst store in terms of customer's service. Today we visit store around 10:15 am. At the cash counter we were in queue, only one customer was before us. Cashier told us to visit other counter which we did but their system was down, cashier called his manager, who restarted but in vain, I went to the manager and asked him to resolve their issue and accommodate is in other counter but he misbehaved, even said launch a complaint against me nothing will happen. Really disappointed the way they are dealing with customers. Anyway, I called their customer service help line and launched complaint, let's see how they deal with it.

Shocking Customer Experience at this branch today Saturday 28th October 2023.Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT SHOP HERE !! DISGUSTING !!!! The so called ‘Supervisor’ Mr Shajar Ali has NO idea on how to communicate with the customers. I asked him to write his name, several times, and he refused to obey this simple instruction. There were approximately 10 staff members watching this conversation between us 2. Ignorant man, should be fired from his position . I repeatedly asked for the manager, and I was initially advised there is no manager ! I eventually spoke to Mr Farhan Ali, who said he was the ‘ Senior Supervisor for the Cash registers’, who eventually, listened to my concerns of the AWFUL Customer Experience. All staff members have NO training at all, even the cashier was watching my input of my PIN number , until I raised this with him. The worst thing is , the supervisor said nothing! I hope I get a reply from a senior manager regarding this complaint

Also , I didn't knew about the playstation here , as I really really love & enjoy playstations it was a treat for both my heart & eyes , it's been built so nicely , the environment was poise , rides were shining & new , served some international vibes , the boys there were so cooperative , they favoured us 20 Year Olds for having the kid-marry-go-round , also they were the ones who pictured us & made our really good videos throughout , thanks to them & the place 🌷

They are selling fake shampoo and harpic, honey and so many things like that. Sometimes there's is significant price difference at the counter. There standard is nose diving now.
