always a good experience, they are super friendly, try to remember you by name and Jimmy the owner and Tiana always makes sure you're happy before you leave!! All of the workers are great at what they do!! Best pedicure and nails i've had!

I had a fantastic experience at this nail salon. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home. The salon itself is clean and well-maintained, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great place to get their nails done

I went to Lounge after getting absolutely atrocious acrylics in another city and I had Eric remove them and do shellac on my natural nails. My entire experience was amazing! It was quite the job removing the extremely thick acrylic butcher job from another salon, and Eric took his time and didn't rush and made sure to fully remove without hurting my natural nails. Then, they gave me the exact colour I was looking for, and my nails now look amazing! Overall, such a great experience, I know removing acrylics is not a fun job, but they were great the entire time. I may have to start driving an hour to continue getting my nails done here instead of where I live!

My favourite nail place ever! I have been going for months. Staff are so kind and remember you by name:) Very accommodating with appointments and changes in colour! I am always happy with finished product.

Sadly disappointed. I have heard great things about the Lounge and so I did go in with high expectations. My sister and I went for the first time today for manicures and felt like we were not prioritized. My sister's nail tech did not even finish her manicure she was so worried about starting another clients nails so she asked the receptionist to massage her hands. My sister ended up rubbing the lotion in herself because she was left with one hand massaged and lotion splatted on the other. My tech brought dirty clippers to my station from his previous client. I will say they did discuss our design ideas with us to ensure we got what we were looking for. The finished product is fair and presentable, but I have definitely had better else where. Overall we did not feel taken care of, we won't be back. :(

Everyone here is so sweet and kind, the ladies did an amazing job on my nails! They have amazing attention to detail, I was blown away by how pleasant the whole appointment was! I can’t wait to come back.

I went to The Lounge today and had The Spa Pedicure. It was absolutely the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Lynn you were amazing! From the hot wax, hot stone massage, and amazing massage of my lower legs and feet it was perfection. Total relaxation. I will definitely be back! Thank you Lynn.
