I love having Subway in Bright's Grove! They are super friendly and I also appreciate how clean it is. Its a great place for my daughter and her friends to hang out and grab lunch or dinner as it gives them something to do in a small community.

It's a Subway, and a small one at that. But the service was great, staff was friendly, food was good, fresh and fast. Definitely worth a stop if you are nearby.

The new ownership at our local (Brights Grove) subway is very obvious! My 2 sons (ages11&13) said they can’t believe how much fresher and better both the bread and ingredients are at our location since the new owners took over. The service is always with a smile...despite the very apparent increase in customer volume. We are fortunate to have franchise owners that clearly care about our great little community.

Stood and waited while some moron ordered every topping and how much to put on several subs while second girl made subs for delivery orders until i left. No one spoke to me.

Very disappointed in this store no Swiss cheese the other locations carry it, no herb and cheese buns the other locations have them. I was in there at 7:30 pm and they told me I couldn’t get it toasted because they were closing soon REALLY you don’t close for another half hour. I for one am fed up with this location next time it will be firehouse subs for me

Do not order online. Numerous times I arrive to pick up and they don't have items available to complete the order. Order goes through everytime online without any warning and you have no idea until you arrive, having already paid! Either poorly managed location or the ordering system needs overhaul. Going to avoid this location from now on.

I have refused to go to this Subway since the start of the pandemic. The owners are anti-mask losers who have no regard for Public Health measures whatsoever. 6 kids come in without a mask? Too bad so sad, they don't care. The owner, Darrell, and his kids have decided to be a nuisance to local businesses, storming in without masks, failing to adhere to public guidelines, and disrespectful to staff when they ask if they have a mask. Like the immature person he is he has taken his personal opinions to his store and has decided to ignore the existence of covid and public health measures. The workers are nice but encouraged by the owners not to care about mask mandates. When I went here before the pandemic their subs were good and I went here a lot, but with how things have been I despise even walking in. This store and it's owners need to forget about their personal opinions and REPRESENT THE BUSINESS CHAIN, NOT THEMSELVES! I've driven to Sarnia instead of eating here, that's how much I hate the owners and they know it,

So apparently take out cut off at 7 actually means 6 🙄 lazy employees
