Seriously the best fast food place around. Theyve never messed up our order when weve gone there. Their chicken nuggets sre amazing I didn't expect that honestly, their sandwiches are amazing for the price and honestly not much more expensive then McDonald's and 10 times better in my opinion. I also adore their pouting. Everything I've had from there has been amazing and with their coupons too it makes it extra extra worth it. I'd recommend Arby's it's 100/10 haha. Edit from recently how do they get everything right!! Like almost everything I've had was amazing. I recently had their Mac and cheese and while s little expensive it was so delicious!! I just these guys are great!!!

Had the French dip meal. Meat on the sandwich was tender but lacked punch. Good but not exceptional. The au jus had some flavor but not a lot.

Great food. Great service. But warmer outside. Your gonna want to wear your winter jacket while inside.

Their curly fries and Mozzarella Sticks are the best out there! Truly an ADULT quick serve restaurant! Thank you! P.S.- Very modern and clean dining room and bathrooms.

Ordered the Meat Mountain from the secret menu for around $20. Worth it.

Honestly enjoy the food, staff are a little confused when it comes to anything more then 2 orders, inside needs a little face-lift. All in all good place to go

Ordered the new shake and what I got was cup of sad orange liquid that was not a shake and looked nothing like the picture and didn’t have whipped cream. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

A few weeks ago our order was incorrect and we didn't find out until we got home. I called, the manager apologized and said he'd put my name in the book. Went in tonight. The manager took our order even included fries and drinks. He apologized again and thanked us for coming back. This is how customer service should be. Definitely our favorite restaurant and will be back again.

I am a fast food junkie and Arby's is Fast Food. Nice renovations recently completed here. Service is prompt and the staff are very courteous. Paula and Wendy are managing partners and I visit there enough that they know my name. Arby's is a nice change from the usual burger and fries routine.

Cannot get an order correct. Told the guy at the drive-through THREE times what drink and was STILL given the wrong one. Was rushed while ordering and had to ask the guy to come back to order additional sauces that were PAID FOR and NEVER RECIEVED. Any quality once had by this location is long gone. It's not surprising for fast food but waste your money elsewhere. There's a word for taking people's money without giving them the products they're paying for, and this location is FAR too familiar with it.

Personally don't like Arby's but this restaurant was really nice

Drive thur service was quick & efficient, the employees that were working drive thru were all polite & asked appropriate questions based on the order (ex. Sauces etc.). As for the food 90% of the time the fries are so over done that I am unable to eat them based on the fact that I have no back teeth to chew them & this is the only restaurant that I have this issue with. Over all presentation was not very sanitary especially with covid running so ramped. Their sandwiches the week prior were wrapped in the appropriate packaging but on this day their weren't wrapped at all they were placed in paper boxes that usually are used for fries or onion rings & the employee on this particular day did not have gloves on so his hands had touched money, the surface of counters, the paper packaging (ex. Paper bags), the buttons of the cash register, his clothing/face, then worst of all then our food while packaging. So this recent visit overall was not a great experience at all.

If you like Arby's food then this location is a great choice for you. They are keeping good spacing between tables for effective social distancing while eating. Very personable and friendly staff. I was at this location with a family member that has been eating here about once a week. Several of the staff know him by name and greet him like they have been friends for years - he does not know them outside the restaurant.

Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant in Sarnia. I'm so blessed that we have one close by. I used to have to drive forever to find a store. They're are pretty accurate on order taking. I've only had a couple of issues. Love those curly fries!

Solid food. No greens but hey you're going there for the meat! Mozzarella sticks are one of the best in town.

Had the beef n cheddar combo, the curly fries were good the sandwich had hardly any meat and next to no cheese sauce.

Great price fo yummy beef & cheddar sandwich. No Pepsi - not happy about that. Coke products only - don't like Coke so had Root Beer.

I order the turkey ranch and bacon sandwich today and it didn't have and turkey on it just bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sauce. I wasn't drive 20 minutes back to town to complain but how does that happen.
