    Took my son to KFC on Colborne after soccer and this is the experience we received….. 1. The food took way too long 2. The young lady at the drive thru window brought the food to me with a phone to her ear and when I went to ask a question she just shut the window and walked away 3. When we opened our food at home we found our macaroni salad to be frozen. I called immediately and was told that it was “impossible” because they don’t freeze it. After a short back and forth I was offered a free macaroni salad BUT was sternly told the offer expired in 30 days. 4. When I got to my twister I unwrapped it to find dead flies on it. See the pic of the 1st fly we found. 5. I called again and the same young lady who was rude to me offered me a free twister. I asked how she thought I could eat any of the meal at all after finding dead flies on it and she became extremely rude and hostile. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager. So I asked to speak to the owner and she responded that she has no idea who that is because they have no contact. Then as the conversation became more heated she told me she was going to talk to her manager…..after saying she was the manager. I called her out on that and she continued to lie and said that I am “misquoting” her. This is an absolutely despicable performance from a health and safety perspective as well as a customer service experience. I will NEVER go again and in my opinion no one else should either.

    I went through the drive through and had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot because they needed to cook more big crunch burgers. They were raw, still cold in the middle. When I went back, she did offer to try again, but I got my money back and went elsewhere.

    Not at all crispy chicken. The outer coating was not good. The chicken was well cooked but the outer floor was not cooked well. It was soggy and sticky in some side of the pieces.

    The walk in hours SUCK. you would think 8pm on a Saturday you could walk in and order food at a fast food place. Long wait times if you are lucky enough to find them open. Sad food. The exterior is never mowed or the gardens kept up. What happened to Kentucky fried chicken? Where’s the pride?

    Why do you refuse to provide Bacon on my sandwich when you have it listed on your menu multiple times?. Your employees became irate when I asked for Bacon. I had to inform your employees that your own menu says you have Bacon multiple times. Either give me my Bacon, or admit you have gone halal and you now hate Bacon even though it is on your menu. You can't have it 10 different ways. False advertisement?

    Have not had KFC for quite a while. This chicken does not taste the same kind of had a burnt after taste. The recipe for coating is not even close to what it use to be. The pieces of chicken are so much smaller. The chicken was dry to eat! Very disappointed with KFC in Canada. Sad you have taken an iconic brand and turned it to a fail!! Also the price has gotten ridiculous for terrible food! Will never return!!

    This is by far the worst fast food place I have ever been to. They have nothing in stock, it seems, and the service is absolutely woeful. Whoever owns this franchise clearly doesn’t care one bit, and they should be forced by KFC to sell it to someone else. I am new in town, and I already know that I won’t be giving this place my business ever again. I would give them a negative rating if Google allowed it. Horrible all around. I am actually going to put in the effort to file an official complaint with KFC Canada, that’s how atrocious this location is.

    Kfc colborne you need to get quality in your service Train your staff to do thier work and have a positive attitude Food is not prepared properly and your hygiene is close to filthy I used the bathroom and it smells like a sewage plant Disgusting Chicken looks weird aswell I hope kfc management see what customers in sarnia keep complaining Update Upset stomach and diarrhea followed my day Never go there worst kfc

    Amazing service and super fast delivery. Specially thanking Hitvick what a great guy gave a 5 star customer experience. Made exactly the way I wanted my order to be without any hassle. Been here more than thrice. Yet this place keeps me fascinated and makes me go back.

    The woman running the drive thru was rushing us through our orders, telling us after each individual item to go to the payment window, making us continuously remind her we weren't finished with our order at the speaker and board then we had to repeat the entire order at the payment window to another employee because the 1st person never communicated or put in the order on the system. Made us feel uncomfortable ordering. Will not be returning to this location again.

    Never have anything in stock, and the quality of the popcorn chicken bowl is horrible here. They typically just drown it in gravy so it’s basically soup.

    I went in to get the sandwich of the day and theu didn't have the big crunch..not only was I told they didn't have the sandwich of THE DAY but they said they had no chicken burgers at all!! Their new seasoned fries are an amazing price right now but I didn't find that they really tasted any different then before and there was barely and seasoning in them. I asked for a key for the bathroom and was told that someone had the key so me and my cousin waited outside the bathroom sj we could be next.after 10 mjns no one exited so I went and asked again at counter and this time the same cashier who said that someone had the key and was in washroom handed me the key that was there with her the whole 10 min we sat and waited.

    I haven’t been to KFC in a few years. What has happened to the chicken coating. Was almost tasteless and colourless, guess they have downsized the 11 herbs and spices to ZERO just flour and salt. Garbage……I’m done forever now!

    I would leave a 5 star rating based on the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. They are amazing. With that being said, I ordered some sides. The corn was half brown, I didn't notice until after a few bites that it was very off. This happens.......I understand. I left a message and praised them for their customer service and informed them that their corn had gone bad. After that, I got quite ill and vomited through the night. I hadn't eaten anything else through the day. I called just now and spoke to a manager and politely explained my experience. All they could say was "sorry for your experience". This is where the line of customer safety and vulnerability hits that line and crosses it. I don't know why the corn was tainted, they explained that an old batch was mixed in? How "old" of a batch are we talking about? And when a customer has experienced food poisoning, that can't be the only response. That was very very unnerving and disappointing. I hope that your food handling safety is addressed, and that your customer service response improves. I have attached a photo. I'm not perfect and have left some corn in my fridge a few days past due, but I have never seen corn at this point even after a week plus. This is NOT just a day or two old or "the last batch" I hope.

    This kfc is complete dog poo. They don’t clean the place ever. They never have items that are on the menu. Bathroom smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Chicken pieces tastes odd. Just a terrible location. Corporate needs to shut this one down

    Woman when ordering was very rude and pushy even though there was nobody else behind me in the drive thru, so much so that she didn't get my order correct. In addition to having nobody else behind me, I must have waited 15 mins at the window before getting my food with no word from the women at the window other than giving me my food at the end of it and walking away. Food was fresh and tasted great but new staff members required.

    These franchise owners are absolute thieves. Saw the sign for 2 beautiful stuffed wraps overflowing with chicken for $5. What I received was 2 tortillas each containing a piece of chicken approx 1 cm x 4 cm (one bite), a tiny bit of lettuce and a bit of mayo, all cold. I would have paid more for food matching all the signs. STOP THE BAIT AND SWITCH!

    Pre-ordered food to be delivered at 7:15 and they delivered it at 4:15... they had one job and screwed it up. Couldn't even do anything on their customer service number. Totally ridiculous. Get Mary Browns instead!

    I have been going to this kfc 2 times a week for 4 years and will not be going there anymore , it has gone down hill the last few months !! Things missing in my order , chicken pieces smaller and the staff are not trained good enough .I live close to the location and the kfc sign is never lit up so how do people know its open if they are driving by . Hope you can resolve these problems .

    I don't know if it funny but I felt insulted with one of the crew, while Im ordering Im quite confused what to order because Im reading menu from the upper. I asked him if there is spicy or it can mixed the original, suddenly maybe he feels I don't know what to order he told me directly if it my first time in KFC. So disrespectful in my part, so I told him actually I always order online so its easy for me just click on my finger. For example if the customer is first time to enter in the food establishment,its that the proper way to say directly that first time there. Im not mad but please make some proper manner in customer service.

    They messed up our order we ordered the Ultimate Chicken Meal for $13.99 . It was supposed to come with 1 tender,a sandwich, individual fry,individual popcorn Chicken, and a individual salad. Instead we got the sandwich, 4 fries NO SALAD, and 2 drinks

    I went to kfc colborne road today to pick my skip the dishes order and got very rude response from a girl. The collection time was 1:50pm ,so I decided to wait till that time outside and went in at 1:50. Since, I also work in food industry as a shift manager I understand it takes more time some days than we select at the tab.she was not even speaking in English.

    Chicken was very soggy. They forgot to give me a large fry so had to go back in. Then once home noticed they didn't give me the dips i ordered either. Fry's and popcorn chicken were tasty.

    The young man taking orders was very unprofessional. He was leaning on the counter while taking orders, and then was "laying" on the counter with his head down. That was the most unprofessional experience I've had in a restaurant. Everything else was good, but that made the whole experience terrible. Please work on professionalism and customer service.

    I had a shocking experience in this KFC. The order had items missing and had to go over it with them. The chicken had hardly any flavour. Is KFC as we know it gone forever? I LOVED their flavour 😓.
