Came here after seeing many good reviews on Google. However, the portion size for a large meal is very small when compared to how pricey it is (picture attached). The chicken on fries sauce tasted sour and fries were soggy and soft. The chicken lacked seasoning and was bland - most of the taste was of the sauces. Also, ordered an $8 milkshake which tasted like melted vanilla ice cream.

Lonzo's is by far one of the best places for amazing food in Sarnia. Everything from their chicken to their Philly beef is some of the best eating I've honestly ever had, and no meal is complete without the killer milkshakes (strawberry is definitely the recommendation). After my first meal here, there ain't no place I think about for food before Lonzo's 👍

This was chicken shawarma it was more like a kids wrap and the falafel is made from frozen. And sauce was something I assume also form store bought. So if you are looking for good food or you are hungry you may want to consider ordering a few meals. Waste of $30. I seldom do bad review as our business need to be here and thrive. There was no room for feedback unfortunately. I returned my full meal and I was told what do you want me to do about it this is how we make it 🙈

First time trying Lonzo's kitchen and I wish I tried it earlier. Went around Sarnia with my parents and this maybe the best part of the tour! Their Sweet Chili Chicken is just superb. The meat was juicy and it's got a nice little kick to it if you occasionally eat spicy food. We also had their milk cake to try for desert and it was rich, creamy and delicious. We were served at the table by the manager. He was a great guy, very polite, engaging and real hospitable. The restaurant was busy but our orders came in pretty quick. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is cozy which was great to share food and have a nice conversation with the family.

The food tastes amazing. Definitely going back for more on more occasions. After going many more times the food is still really great, the woman at the front always seems to remember everyone who comes in and is really kind. Great place to go if you are really hungry, the food is very filling

The food is so flavourful and fresh. It is made to order so you may wait a couple minutes for it but it is so worth it. I have been here 2 times I have had the Sweet Chili Chicken on Rice. The serving size is generous, and good value for the quality of food you are getting. I had a milkshake the first time I was there and it was super. The staff are very friendly and helpful to help find you a meal from the simple menu that will meet your tastes. If you haven't been here yet.... you need to give it a try.

Sweet staff, but food was alright. Kind of pricey for what it is also. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have a taste for strong flavours.

Pathetic customer service and food. I order falafel over rice from uber and clearly mentioned Extra sauce however there was no sauce on the rice and it was literally plain rice. The rice was also not cooked properly. Upon that the employees are so rude and provide you with the worst customer experience you can imagine. Total waste of money and time. They take hours just to prepare one order. I would recommend people to never order from here.

Food is nice if you typically love rice with meat like middle eastern style. Pricing are on higher side, but the only nice option you have in Sarnia after 1 AM. Comparing it with Barakat, barakat is better in taste and portion size.

The service is really great! Really unfortunate that the food quality doesn’t match up to the service. My meal was drenched in sauces and that’s all I could taste. I don’t even know if there was chicken in there. Just a helpful suggestion to the restaurant if they can go lighter on the sauce or better yet ask the customer how much sauce they want. I also don’t think it was worth the $20 and that was the most disappointing part. I’m giving higher stars because of the friendly, prompt service provided.

I have been to this place a couple of times, beef shawarma and fried chicken are decent (3 stars). Service is very slow, waited 5 minutes to place the orders while there were no other customers and then waited another 40 minutes to get the food, seems like their priority was to prepare skip the dishes order first. Overall, time wasted was not worth the food.

Service is friendly and quick. Clean and welcoming atmosphere.Ordered the chicken over rice and unfortunately the amount of chicken for the price seems a bit lacking. If you enjoy lots of rice with sauce it's great.

Food was horrible. Low quality. 3 pieces of fried chicken turned out to be 1 leg and 2 thighs. No white meat. Very greasy. Chicken over fries, Philly Style means smothered in cheese sauce without the advertised sautéed peppers and onions. Waaaay too expensive for what you get. Charged us for sauce that we didn’t get. Steer clear.

If you decide to come, place your order ahead of time so you don’t have to wait as long. The shawarma is just okay. The chicken doesn’t seem to be even cooked on a vertical skewer? Regardless of how it was prepared, the chicken was dry and could be seasoned better. Portions are not that great either for the price. Go to any well rated shawarma place in the GTA and you will see the difference. On the other hand, the fried chicken was good, but the biscuit not so much.

I had chicken over rice for the second time & it was so good that I forgot to take a picture before. I will definitely be back. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because it is a small area. I definitely recommend lonzo's for take-out & if you are a single person or a group of two, it's adequate space to eat.

absolutely amazing food, with huge portion sizes, made fresh to order. I genuinely was blown out of the water with the delicious, warm food and this will definitely be something I’ll forever detour to when I come back to this town. whether you’re looking for a quick lunch during a busy day at work, or a warm, filling comfort meal, this place should be your go-to. cherry on top: the incredible, family-like environment and treatment from the staff. thanks for always being so wonderful & I’ll definitely be back soon!

Heard about this place from some coworkers, and what they're saying still doesn't do Lonzo's Kitchen justice. The service was fantastic and the food brought a tear to my eye, but that could've just been the suicide sauce. Either way, you won't be disappointed.

I had the chicken over rice, it was a little pricey, but overall very good in terms of quality. The Milkshake I got with the order was one of the best I have ever had. Seriously, the milkshake is better than the food. I would gladly order from here again. My advice to the owners or head office, get better packaging with compartment for salad portions.
