This is a horrible place to stay in more ways than I have the time to describe, but here is an idea. Most of the rooms have been heavily smoked in, the technology is very dated, and the room is slightly bigger than a broom closet. The bed is not comfortable and you only get one very thin pillow. The stairway is full of stored supplies and has no railing so in the event one of these smokers burned the place down, you'd be hard-pressed to ever get out. I don't leave really negative reviews that often but seriously avoid this place.

You get what you pay for. The location is very good. Just a few minutes walk from the harbour. The room was small, but in relatively good condition. The bed was fairly hard, but comfortable enough. But most importantly it was very cheap!

This is a good Choice for hotel in Sasebo, the rooms are small. The shower is 10/10. Bidets in each suite. They offer fantastic shower soap. They did have someone who spoke English in the lobby.

Convenient hotel less than five minutes from the train station and, more importantly, the bus center. Within easy walking distance of the Gobangai mall, and the big shopping arcade is a bit farther toward the center of town. So, plenty of dining options nearby. Having the bed and desk on opposite walls gave us more floor space than we're used to, but the bathroom was cramped. Tub and shower were fine but the toilet's position left little margin for error. Wifi was strong enough for streaming. Not being on the main street helps with noise, though we were high enough that it might not have mattered.

This is for Military and DoD contractors: Standard small Japanese rooms. There are rooms larger than the typical small rooms. Look for a softer foam pillow near the closet at the front door. Keep curtains closed if you are on western facing rooms because your AC will not keep up with the heat load mid/late afternoon. You need to turn fridge on. Set it 2 notches below full unless you want everything completely frozen. Very good staff, very helpful.

American friendly. That said, the rooms were as small as you would expect in Japan. Next time I'll stay closer to the ginza, not a bad walk though.

Loved: Our room was clean, no frills and check in/out was a breeze. Location is wonderful and hotel has laundry on 3rd floor. Breakfast is available on the 1st floor (separate charge). Didn’t love: 1000 yen for parking, very small rooms, no ventilation in bathroom. Overall, decent stay. Nothing special, but for one night it will do.

Very, very clean. Excellent staff. A minor issue is I would like to see better descriptions regarding room sizes. This appears to be the base room size.

For the type of hotel it is I would probably actually give it five stars but this is a business hotel. It's only function is to provide a bed to sleep in and that's it. It's incredibly inexpensive and the service that is available are terrific but it's definitely not a place you would utilize for anything other than business.

A good hotel for the area. Only problems are the rooms look a little old and the view is limited. But still a nice comfy place to stay.

Was really nice but the place was small, it made me feel like a giant. Lol

Good location, it's really close to the train station, but 10-15min walk to the Ginza. Komeda Cafe is close too just the other way. They have a breakfast restaurant, but I have yet to go. So parking for the hotel is past the hotel, located in a high rise or small parking space beside it. So far the staff has been very welcoming, I assume the rest of my time here will be enjoyable. Oh and free Wi-Fi.

Nice. Small quiet rooms. Price is good! Even though outdated it is kept up to standards for cleanliness!

Great location next to the main bus and train station with shopping districts just a little bit beyond that. Rooms are “You get what you paid for.”
