City Hospital is defenetly cleaner than RUH and defenetly St Pauls Hospital. Both Hospitals , can learn alot re cleaniless from City hospital

Well people let me tell you. My other half went to Edmonton for a meeting and came back not feeling well. I took her to City Hospital cause she wasn't feeling good. The nurse was dressed head to toe in protective gear and then I was told I couldn't wait in the waiting room but to either wait outside or go home. This was the hardest thing I had to do cause they took her right into a room so I didn't get a chance to say "I love you" to her. It was the hardest 5 hours in my life. A great big THANK YOU to all the nurses and doctors who put in long hours to keep us safe and healthy. Well I waited at the house and thought to myself, she must be about done. No sooner did I get there but my other half walks out and said it was just a regular flu. She and I had to quarantine for 14 days. So thank you to the all the nurses and doctors and all staff that work at the City Hospital...

Clean, well laid out, bright. Staff are working hard to get things done in a difficult time. As with so many hospitals, parking is taxing for those with limited resources.

Great service from all staff. Waiting time in the outpatient clinic from 1 to 10 I give it a 8

Fantastic care. Compassionate and skilled staff. Very clean and well organized. Admission team did an excellent job. I didn't feel like a number rather each staff person I met from the front security team to the operating personal treated me like an individual. Thank you.

Clean, friendly and helpful, waiting time is bit harsh but very comfortable place to heal, has gifts shop, small store, , also has good space for wheelchair to get around , my wife is patient there , now at home happy.

Lot is small if you're in a bigger vehicle. I had to back out of the p parking lot because it was too narrow to back out of my spot.

Pay on arrival...when I have never had this procedure done before, thus have no idea how long it takes, and wax told oh, it could be about an hour, but you never know...which is fine, until I have to worry about being ticketed or towed and I am in a place with no access to my phone to pre-purchase more time....not impressedwith that added, unnecessary stress on top of health concerns!

I went in for a MRI scan on a Saturday and there was almost no wait time. The tech that did my scan was professional and personable, which I really appreciate. I have been to this hospital a few times before and haven't had a bad experience, especially when you consider that if you're there as a patient, you're probably not at your best, and not having a great time.

Had a hip replacement May 26th 2023. Awesome Surgeon and team, Awesome Awesome nurses, best hospital food I've ever experienced just THE BEST. I didn't want to leave! 😅
